Since the end of the Cold War,the rapid development of emerging countries represented by China has led to an "eastward" trend in the global economy and the competition for strategic resources, and the pattern of international relations has evolved from the U.S.-led "one superpower to many powers" to multipolarity. The multipolarization and globalization of the economic system, along with the progress of the times and the development of the theory of the community of human destiny, objectively require the current study of geopolitical relations to change to the scale of all human beings and global issues. The progress and development of science and technology, the rapid dissemination of information in social media networks, and the massive amount of information make the public’s access to news media data more convenient. The text of the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s statement contains important information about the process of China’s foreign relations and about the current hot concerns of other countries in the world, which is a concentrated expression of the evolution of China’s diplomacy and development of geo-relations,and its authoritative and accurate expression is suitable for natural language processing This study takes the text of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson’s statement as the research data, and performs lexical and thematic coding and sentiment classification based on plain Bayes on the text data,in an attempt to reveal and analyze the pattern of China’s georelations from the perspective of text analysis, and provide certain suggestions for the future development of China’s geo-relations.This dissertation is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which firstly introduces the background of this study’s chosen topic, secondly explains the significance of both theoretical and practical aspects of this study, finally, provides a general analysis of the research progress related to this study, makes a comprehensive review of the literature aspects, and finally gives a brief description of the methodology and technical route for this study to be conducted. The second part introduces the terminological concepts and theoretical underpinnings related to this study, specifically text mining, geopolitics, critical geopolitics, and human destiny community theory;the third part is an analysis of the textual data, introducing the data sources and processing methods, followed by a description of the specific application of each method and the results derived under that application perspective;the fourth part is the use of plain Bayesian classification for the use of this study’s The fourth part is the identification of affective tendencies using plain Bayesian classification to classify the different affects of cooperation and conflict in the text data used in this study, and the different georelational cooperation and conflict states involving different countries in the text are derived and visualized;the fifth part is the analysis of China’s foreign geo-relational patterns, and the motives behind them are analyzed according to the geo-relational patterns;the sixth part is the summary of the conclusions drawn from this study, and on the basis of the conclusions, the content of this The sixth part summarizes the findings of this study, and on the basis of the conclusions, discusses the contents of this study, and points out the shortcomings of this study and the matters that need attention in the next study.Through the study,it is found that: first, the geopolitical relations between China and the world’s major powers are the most crucial, and among them,China-US relations are the most important, and the current stage of China-US relations can be considered as the major power relations that set the tone for global affairs.Secondly,China’s peripheral diplomacy occupies a primary position in the handling of China’s foreign geopolitical relations, and there are still unstable factors in China’s peripheral geopolitical relations.Third, the geopolitical conflict between the U.S.-led Western countries and China has gradually shifted from direct economic confrontation to geopolitical and cultural confrontation, with human rights issues being the most prominent,as evidenced by unfounded public statements smearing China, relying on the news media to carry out public opinion attacks, and constantly smearing and interfering in China’s internal affairs with human rights and religious issues.Fourth,in terms of geostrategy,we should be alert to the impact of NATO’s "East Gu" on the AsiaPacific region and China’s neighboring areas. The Indo-Pacific strategy and the South Pacific island region in the context of global climate change are areas worthy of attention in the geo-game of major powers.Fifth,in terms of issues, economic and trade issues have always been the focus of geopolitical relations between countries, science and technology, intellectual property rights, network security issues and many traditional issues are intertwined, science and technology, knowledge, foreign space, network security and national security, national core interests are increasingly closely related, representing the future direction of geopolitical competition.Based on the above conclusions,China should emphasize the importance of science and technology innovation in the overall development of the country, promote the "Belt and Road" initiative, break through the blockade of developed countries in the field of science and technology innovation;actively seek a balanced order of common cooperation in the periphery, stabilize the state of cooperation with neighboring countries, prevent the escalation of conflicts in the periphery, and continuously promote the development of a community of human destiny. In the era of borderless information flow,it is necessary to continuously enhance the centripetal force of regional geo-culture.
