Middle school is the high incidence of school bullying,bullying will lead to social barriers,loneliness,depression and other serious maladjustment of middle school students.High level of emotion regulation self-efficacy can improve individual self-confidence,help individuals to face various negative stimuli and establish harmonious interpersonal relationship.Middle school students in rural areas are more likely to be affected by adverse stimulus due to economic conditions,and the self-efficacy of emotional regulation has a greater impact on them.In this study,575 middle school students from rural areas in Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo were surveyed by questionnaire.SPSS was used for data analysis to explore whether there were differences in demographic variables(gender,grade,only child,left-behind or not)between school bullying,loneliness,social withdrawal and emotional regulation self-efficacy of township middle school students.The effects of bullying,social withdrawal and emotional self-efficacy on loneliness were analyzed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The school bullying degree of middle school students in rural areas is relatively low,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,whether the only child,whether the left-behind;(2)The loneliness of rural middle school students is generally at a high level,and there is a significant gender difference;In dimension,there was a significant difference in loneliness among grades.There were significant differences in perceived social competence in staying behind or not.(3)Social withdrawal of rural middle school students is generally at a high level,but there is no significant difference in demographic variables;(4)The emotional regulation self-efficacy of township middle school students is generally at a high level,and there are significant differences in gender and grade;In terms of dimension,POS and DES have significant differences in whether they are left behind.(5)There are significant correlations among school bullying,loneliness,social withdrawal and emotional regulation self-efficacy of township middle school students.Specifically,there is a significant positive correlation between school bullying and social withdrawal,emotion regulation self-efficacy;Emotional regulation self-efficacy was negatively correlated with bullying,loneliness and social withdrawal.(6)Social withdrawal plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between school bullying and loneliness,namely,school bullying can directly affect the generation of loneliness,and social withdrawal can indirectly affect the generation of loneliness;(7)Emotional self-efficacy moderated the relationship between social withdrawal and loneliness,that is,emotional self-efficacy moderated the effect of social withdrawal on loneliness,and the higher the level of emotional self-efficacy,the more significant the effect was.(8)School bullying,loneliness,social withdrawal,emotional regulation self-efficacy of township middle school students constituted a moderated mediation model.The purpose of this study is to clarify the root of loneliness from the perspective of the bullied,and to alleviate it from the aspect of emotional regulation self-efficacy,so as to provide some reference for the mental health development of adolescents from rural areas.
