progress,the inevitable requirement of the all-round development.General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly stated that "we must strengthen the ideological and moral construction of the whole society,stimulate people to form kind moral will and moral feelings,cultivate correct moral judgment and moral responsibility,and improve the ability of moral practice",especially the ability to consciously practice ",which has pointed out the direction for civic moral construction in the new era.On October 27,2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Implementation Outline for the Construction of Civic Morality in the New Era,which comprehensively summarized the achievements and experience in moral construction in recent years,accurately grasped the deficiencies and problems in the field of moral construction,and put forward specific requirements for the construction of civic morality in the new era.The party’s 20 report to the new era of citizen moral construction made further instructions,"We will carry out the project to improve civic morality,carry forward traditional Chinese virtues,strengthen family education and family traditions,strengthen and improve the ideological and moral development of minors,promote great morality,public morality and strict private morality,and raise the people’s moral standards and civilized quality."To strengthen the construction of civic morality in the new era and implement the project of civic morality construction,we need to learn from the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The excellent traditional Chinese culture is the wisdom crystallization and essence of the Chinese civilization,and the inexhaustible source of civic moral construction.How to find a source of living water from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,awaken and activate the excellent traditional moral genes rooted in the citizens’ ideology and moral concepts,and let the excellent traditional Chinese morality play an important role in the construction of civic morality in the new era is an important topic before us.On the one hand,we can excavate the era value of ancient Chinese morality and let it play a role in the construction of civic morality in the new era;On the other hand,the generation mechanism of traditional Chinese virtue can also provide ideas for the construction of civic morality in the new era.Analyze the necessity of the new era of citizen moral construction,has been clear about the people’s yearning for a better life,people’s all-round development and Chinese modernization is the basic requirement of the new era of citizen moral construction,at the same time in the new era of citizen moral construction also exists the market economy "profit" attribute interference,the spread of diverse value culture and Chinese excellent traditional culture type factors affect the effect of the new era of citizen moral construction.The fourth part,the main content,generating logic and generating mechanism of ancient Chinese morality.Through combing and summarizing the main contents of ancient Chinese morality,it is concluded that the basic logic of the generation of ancient Chinese
