Research On The Application Strategy Of "Three Steps And Five Stages" Training Method In Mass Chorus

The General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned in the 20 th report that we should prosper and develop cultural undertakings and the cultural industry,adhere to the people-oriented creation orientation,produce more excellent works that enhance the spiritual strength of the people,continue to put social benefits in the first place,deepen the reform of the cultural system,and improve cultural economic policies.As an art form favored by the masses and easy to participate in,chorus should become the main front for the development of art centered on the people.Singing can strengthen the body,keep the spirit of pleasure,cultivate the spirit of teamwork and enhance the communication between people.In order to improve the art form of chorus,which is conducive to the development of cultural undertakings,we should strengthen the research on the development of mass chorus cause,provide precise and reasonable training methods for chorus groups,and establish a channel for the cultivation and transportation of chorus talents,so as to improve the experience of the masses in chorus and inherit the red culture.In recent years,mass chorus has been developing rapidly in China,and the number of mass choirs established around the country is also increasing.However,there are still some specific problems in the training methods of mass choirs in China.In order to solve such problems,this paper proposes the three-ring and five-step training method to help mass choirs find a set of training methods with clear purpose,solid process and higher efficiency.In addition,the group choir of Laoshanshen Mass Choir was taken as the case study object for practice.The team information was obtained through questionnaires,interviews and observations and the problems found were recorded.Then,a specific training implementation plan was designed under the guidance of the ideological framework of the three-ring and five-step teaching method.There are three reasons for choosing "three rings and five steps" teaching method.First,the overall structure of "three rings and five steps" teaching method is not too complicated and can be more easily accepted by the masses.Secondly,the main content of the "three rings and five steps" teaching method aims at relatively detailed problems,which can be specific to the implementation methods of each link,which is also conducive to the acceptance of the masses with relatively weak foundation.The third "three rings and five steps" teaching method is the teaching method proposed by our country.Armed with our own theoretical knowledge,we can be more accepted by the masses.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part summarizes the concept,definition and characteristics of mass choir and three-ring and five-step training method.In the second part,questionnaire survey,observation and interview are used to investigate the team status and existing problems of Laoshan Ginseng Choir in detail.After obtaining the data,survey results are analyzed.The third part puts forward the solution strategy and designs the implementation plan according to the investigation and analysis results.The fourth part combines the solution strategy with the "three rings and five steps" training method to carry out practical application exploration,and analyzes the theoretical value generated in the practice process.The fifth step is to put forward suggestions on the future development of mass chorus from both theoretical and practical levels,and to look forward to the future development of mass chorus.The innovation point of this paper is to extend the concept of the three-ring and five-step teaching method to mass chorus training,and establish a set of three-ring and five-step training method with comprehensive and specific process,legal design,combined with the actual situation and improved training efficiency as the framework,filling in the blank of many current chorus papers for the overall process design of team training is not specific enough.Secondly,the content of the paper takes into account comprehensiveness and pertinence.While ensuring the research and design of every link of the choir’s daily training,the paper also makes an indepth study of the complex problems existing in the specific links and gives solutions.With the support of both,it plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of mass choir training.
