| Guan Yu was a prominent strategist in the Three Kingdoms era.Guan Yu was one of the five tiger generals of the Shu Kingdom.His character of "loyalty,righteousness,benevolence,courage,courtesy,wisdom and integrity" was praised by people.After the death of Guan Yu,his identity was gradually deified and respected by later generations as the "martial sage",which gradually formed a unique Guan Gong culture in the worship and belief of later generations.The culture of Guan Gong has a long history and deep deposits.It is a treasure trove of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,containing a rich mix of spiritual and material culture.As a Chinese culture with certain influence in overseas communication,how to make good use of Guan Gong culture to tell knowable,recognizable and visible "Chinese stories" and spread the voice of China is an issue that needs to be discussed in the current international environment and background.From the perspective of cross-cultural communication,this paper mainly takes H5 series of works "Understanding Guan Gong" as an example to explore how advanced communication technologies represented by H5 technology can enable cross-cultural communication of traditional culture in the era of new media and better tell Chinese stories.This paper is separated into six sections.The first section is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this thesis,the current research status of Guan Gong culture and its overseas communication,the current research situation of H5 technology in the academic field and the research methods used in this essay.The second part sorts out the evolution of Guan Yu’s image from different dimensions and the hidden logic behind the change.The third part analyzes the connotation and influence of Guan Gong culture from the perspective of Chinese culture,including the affluent material culture and spiritual culture connotation of Guan Gong culture,as well as the influence of these cultures on Chinese society for thousands of years.The fourth part begins with a review of the successful dissemination and localization of Guan Gong culture in some Asian countries.In addition,it analyzes the factors of the limited dissemination scope of Guan Gong culture in western countries.The fifth part discusses the advantages of new media technologies represented by H5 technology in the 5G era,and analyzes the opportunities of using emerging technologies to promote the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture in the new era.The sixth part takes Lasswell’s 5W model as the starting point,and analyzes how to use H5 technology to optimize international communication strategies in the new media era from five aspects: communication subject,communication content,communication medium,communication target and feedback of communication effect,so as to break through the dilemma of Chinese traditional culture represented by Guan Gong culture in cross-cultural communication,in order to better achieve the communication effect and complete the mission of "telling a good Chinese story and spreading a good Chinese voice".Therefore,this paper starts from the aspects of immersive communication,interaction design research and user experience,and produces H5 series of works that adapt to the overseas communication of Guan Gong culture.Through the design of works to enrich the image of Guan Gong from the perspective of new media communication and the path of overseas communication of Guan Gong culture.It is expected to use the interactivity and richness of H5 technology as a breakthrough in design,try to use multimedia technology in the new media era to change the status quo of overseas communication of Guan Gong culture,and contribute its own strength to promote the cross-cultural communication of Chinese culture. |
