The Generation And Evolution Of "Clean" Culture From The Perspective Of Marxism

To a certain extent,the development process of human society is the generation and evolution process of the "Clean" Culture.Under different social forms,at different historical stages,and in different countries and regions,the "Clean" Culture is always an important issue that accompanies the development of human beings and society.Marx believes that "social existence determines social consciousness".Despite of what kind of social form,the "Clean" Culture as "social consciousness" is determined by the current "social existence".Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the "social existence" and go deep into the field of material production to seek answers so as to explore the generation and evolution of the "Clean" Culture from the perspective of Marxism.At present,there are lots of research results on the "Clean" Culture and even the culture of clean government in the academic circle,but scholars have relatively few historical investigations on the "Clean" Culture during the process of social development,which constitutes the development space and theoretical growth point of this research.This research attempts to use dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the "surgery blade of thought",the continuous transformation of social forms as the research variable,and the essential connotation of the "Clean" Culture in a specific social form as the research object,to outline the historical picture of the generation and evolution of "Clean" Culture under different social forms,and further provide important theoretical and practical references for the current practical problems faced by the Communist Party of China in the construction of "Clean" Culture.Including the introduction and conclusion,this research consists of six parts.Chapter Ⅰ is introduction.First,it explains the basis and significance of the topic "The Generation and Evolution of " Clean " Culture from the Perspective of Marxism".Second,it systematically sorts out and briefly summarizes the current research status of this topic in academic circles both at home and abroad.Third,it lists the research ideas and methods,key difficulties and innovations,and explains the scope of the "Clean" Culture accurately.Chapter Ⅱ The "Clean" Culture of Feudal Society: "Possess survival materials as much as possible" within the scope of system construction.Three aspects,including "cultivating integrity with morals","correct integrity with laws" and "maintain integrity with people",constitute the theoretical context of "Clean" Culture in the feudal society.This chapter starts from the material production method in the form of "farming and uprooting",explores the path for the generation of "Clean" Culture in the rural society,reveals that the management system of "anti-corruption and advocacy of integrity" is essentially nothing more than the “corruption order” and“corruption range” planned for his officials within the scope of system construction,answers the historical question that why “avaricious officials are ceaseless” and summarizes the time characteristics of "Clean" Culture in the feudal society.Chapter Ⅲ The "Clean" Culture of Capitalist Society: "Possess the means of production as much as possible" in the field of material production.On the basis of a brief review of thoughts of the "Clean" Culture in the capitalist society,this chapter,starting from the industrialized material production methods,has a deep understanding of the role and significance of the "Clean" Culture in the capitalist society:(1)The development path of the "Clean" Culture;(2)The practical significance of the state power;(3)The basic cause that the "Clean" Culture cannot eradicate the phenomenon of corruption;(4)The difference between the overall social culture that "corruption" in the capitalist society and the target of "corruption" in the feudal society;(5)The time characteristics of "Clean" Culture.Chapter Ⅳ The "Clean" Culture of the Communist Party of China: "Volunteer not to possess" the means of production.This chapter reviews the thoughts of the "Clean" Culture of the leaders of the past generations of our country,starting from the "socialization of mental work",outlines the evolution path of "Clean" Culture,and summarizes the theoretical connotation of communist of "Clean" culture from three levels:(1)Volunteering not to possess the means of production is the active sublation of private ownership of the "Communist";(2)Realizing the value of life by labor is the unremitting pursuit of self-liberation of the "Communist";(3)Serving the people wholeheartedly is the firm stand of the "Communist".Under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China,the "Clean" Culture has achieved a substantial leap,which generates distinctive features with unique Chinese characteristics during this process.Chapter Ⅴ Practical Approach of Construction of the "Clean" Culture of the Communist Party of China.In accordance with the research ideas of "problem finding-problem analyzing-problem solving",this chapter provides targeted development strategies for current practical difficulties of the Communist Party of China in the construction of "Clean" Culture: first,to greatly develop the social productivity and consolidate the material foundation of the "Clean" Culture;second,to strengthen the cultural self-confidence and identify the development direction of the "Clean" Culture;and third,to enhance the legal construction and strengthen the institutional guarantee for the "Clean" Culture.The conclusion conducts an overall summarization of the research,generalizes the author’s main thesis,and further points out the uncompleted areas of this research and the research directions worthy of expansion.
