Online signing of business contracts is one of the important features of ecommerce development in the post-epidemic era.Currently, more and more Internet vendors have developed e-signing systems such as cloud computing and digital certificates, and working in online form drives electronic signature appears in more and more business occasions. How to make good use of the rapid development of internet technology to make e-contracting products and services more efficient, convenient, perfect and secure is an issue that needs to be explored and solved constantly. Our study is based on the "Letsign" project in Byte Dance commercialization department during the UX design internship, which mainly serves corporate and individual users and can provide customized services according to different corporate needs. This product was launched in 2021 and has not been iterated since its launch,so we aimed to find an iterative approach to upgrade the product. Two main approaches were used for this iteration and applied in different phases. In the problem identification phase, the heuristic evaluation method of usability evaluation was used to test the current problems of the product via expert walk-through.In the problem-solving phase,an agile iterative approach was used to correct the test problems.Through the comprehensive evaluation and iterative design of the e-signing system,we made some progress as follows.First, the logic of the e-contracting system was disassembled in three dimensions: "people","things",and "management".The architecture of the online e-contracting system is mapped from the real-life contracting scenarios to help users and readers understand the operation of the whole e-contracting system more easily.Second, qualitative classification and quantitative analysis were made on the problems of the "e-contracting" system by using heuristic evaluation methods. The quantitative analysis found that the existing problems mainly focus on system visibility, matching and user control, while the qualitative analysis showed that the problems mainly exist in the categories of operation interaction, functions, bugs, and content.Third, the interface functions were refactored from the perspective of interaction design and UI design. The problems identified by the integrated heuristic evaluation and the dismantling of the e-signing system architecture, and each key point of design is analyzed by UI design theories. The paper introduces the development of e-signing system, the user characteristics of "Letsign" and its commercialization in various industries, and then explains the reasons for using heuristic evaluation experiments to evaluate the product, classifies the priority of evaluation problems and solutions with multi-dimensions.Finally,solves the exist problems in the process of using products by interaction design. The entire thesis framework follows the "5W1H" thinking path. The project process follows "Product Requirements-UX Design-Development-Testing",and the testing process is based on the sequence of "Plan-Execute-Report",which illustrates how to make design-led product iterations, drive iterations and carry out design management and teamwork.
