Anxiety Generation And Resolution In Interaction Design

In China’s Internet environment,it has become a common phenomenon for users to experience anxiety and anxious behavior due to improper interaction design in the process of using products,which has seriously affected the user experience.In this regard,this paper takes the anxiety caused by interaction design in the product as the research question,uses literature research method,case analysis method,user research and hierarchical analysis method,combines qualitative and quantitative research methods,and conducts questionnaire survey and interviews with users,Understand the mechanism of anxiety in interaction design,and combine it with psychological theory and design theory to extract and analyze the design elements that affect user anxiety during the interaction process.This article divides the elements that alleviate anxiety in interaction design into three main principles: efficient operation mode design,concise visual information design,and pleasant flow experience design.They are interrelated and interact with each other.Efficient operation mode design can improve the efficiency and accuracy of users in completing tasks.Simple visual information design can help users quickly understand the functions and operation methods of the interface.Pleasant flow experience design can enable users to obtain a sense of satisfaction and fluency during the use process.Comprehensive consideration of these three aspects can achieve better interaction design and improve the user experience.Subdivision of the three criteria can yield another 15 indicators.Subdividing the design of efficient operation methods can be further divided into: eliminating excessive choices,arranging elements reasonably,alleviating the anxiety of feedback delays,optimizing operation methods and blind areas,and predicting interaction paths;Subdivision of simple visual information design can be divided into: reasonable layout planning,simplified color language,high signalto-noise ratio,crisp image expression,and simplified text elements;Subdivision of the design of joyful flow experiences can be further divided into: trying to fold information,trying to categorize information,combining multiple senses,integrating interactive experiences,and being higher than the individual as a whole.Finally,the interaction design weight strategy for alleviating user anxiety is obtained by using the AHP method for three criteria and fifteen indicators.Use the weight table to alleviate the anxiety caused by interaction design to evaluate the existing cases,and Apply the evaluated strategy to JD.com’s e-commerce product-Ochama APP for practical Application,and compare the data of the case with the data of the design practice Yes,examining the effectiveness of interaction design strategies for alleviating user anxiety.The test results show that the interaction design strategy to relieve user anxiety can effectively relieve user anxiety and bring users a pleasant experience.
