| Objective: Every five years, the national student physical health research report can reflect the physical fitness and health status of our students,in which the level of lung capacity of students is at a low level, lung capacity is a reference indicator to determine the cardiorespiratory function.10-12 years old children and adolescents physiologically have strong metabolic capacity and other characteristics, psychologically is at the stage of emotional richness, from the perspective of child development, this period is suitable for the development of students’ cardiorespiratory From the perspective of child development, this period is suitable for the development of students’ cardiorespiratory function. This in-depth study analyzed the cardiopulmonary function testing of children aged 10 to 12 years old before the test, after 6 weeks(mid stage)of the test, and after12 weeks(late stage)of the test,to study the effect of jive on children’s cardiopulmonary function,to provide relevant guidance for children to choose exercise modes of cardiopulmonary function, and to provide theoretical reference for ballroom dancing teaching, exercise, and application comprehensive practice.Analytical research model: The research model applied in this paper mainly includes literature method, research questionnaire method, test experiment method and mathematical and statistical analysis method.A total of 40 students, aged 10-12 years old,who had no experience in ballroom dancing, were selected from the fifth grade students of the primary school department of Zhengzhou 75 th Middle School in Henan Province as the target group for this in-depth study. The experimental group was given a ballroom dancing intervention(60 minutes per session, every three weeks),while the control group was given a regular teaching without intervention. The two groups were analyzed statistically using excel manipulation software before the experiment and no significant differences were found in age, height, weight and BMI.A 12-week jive intervention was conducted from April 17,2022 to July 8,2022,and the results of heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity and other cardiorespiratory function-related reference indexes were tested before, during and after the experiment using spss to conduct a study to analyse the effect of jive exercise on the cardiorespiratory function of the children.Analysis of the final results of the study: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in cardiopulmonary function between the two groups.Through12 weeks of jive exercise, the experimental group’s heart rate and vital capacity were tested to some extent improved; The average effective value of all tests in the control blank group is smaller than that in the test experimental group. This directly indicates that cowboy dancing has an active interference effect on children’s cardiopulmonary function, and this kind of effect is obvious. The final conclusion:(1)jive intervention with a total duration of 12 weeks has a high active impact on the cardiopulmonary function of children aged 10 to 12 years.(2)Traditional types of physical education teaching and training have effectively played a role in improving adolescent cardiopulmonary health, but jive has a greater impact on adolescent cardiopulmonary health than traditional types of physical education teaching and training. |
