| Purposes:The kinematics of cowboy dance are analyzed and the technical movement characteristics of high-level dancers of different genders are explored by using sports biomechanical testing methods.Through the combination of quantitative description and qualitative description,it is expected to summarize the male and female dancers The differences in technical movements, diagnosed the advantages and disadvantages of their movements, provide support for the teaching and injury prevention of related sports in the future. Methods:An 8-lens infrared high-speed motion capture system(200hz)was used to test the cowboy dance and kick movements of 5 high-level dancers(3 males and 2females)and obtain the left and right hip, knee, ankle angles and other Kinematic indexes such as the length of each action phase, the vertical displacement of the center of gravity and the vertical displacement speed of the center of gravity of each action phase. After the index data was sorted and summarized by Excel,SPSS 20.0was used for independent sample T test, and Originpro 9.1 was used to draw the trajectory curve of the center of gravity of left and right upper limbs.Results:1.There are no statistical differences in the performance of cowboy dance kicks by dancers of different genders in the ratio of the length of each action phase, the vertical displacement of the center of gravity, and the vertical displacement speed of the center of gravity.2.During the kick of the right leg,the left hip angle of the right leg when it was off the ground has a statistical difference between genders, and the left hip angle of women is smaller than that of men.3.The left knee angle at the right leg kick-out time has a significant marginal difference between genders, the left knee angle of women is smaller than that of men;The difference, the flexion angle of female right knee was greater than that of male.4.At the moment when the right leg is kicked out, there is a hyperextension of the right knee joint.5.The right ankle joint angle has significant gender-to-sex marginal difference when the left leg is off the ground,at the time when the left leg kicks out,and when the left leg falls back, right leg fall time were statistically different between genders.6.In the process of kicking and kicking out, when the heterogeneous upper limb of the female flexes around the shoulder joint and slightly adducts, the forward distance of the center of gravity of the isolateral upper limb is greater than that of the male, and the adduction distance of the center of gravity of the heterolateral upper limb is smaller than that of the male;During the kick recovery process, when the heterogeneous upper limb of a woman is stretched around the shoulder joint and abducted, the backward distance of the center of gravity of the isolateral upper limb is smaller than that of the male, and the abduction distance of the center of gravity of the ipsilateral upper limb is smaller than that of the male.Conclusions:1.In the process of completing the cowboy dance kick, excellent sports dancers have stronger core strength and better ability to start the center of gravity. There is no obvious gender difference.2.When the one-leg support movement is completed, the greater the hip joint angle change, the greater the movement amplitude and the higher the quality of the movement completion.3.When a female dancer falls on the ground, her knee joint will withstand pressure and impact at a greater extension angle, and the right knee joint overextends when the right leg kicks out. Therefore,it is more prone to knee injury such as anterior cruciate ligament injury than male athletes.4.In the cowboy dance kicking action, the ankle joint is strong, and the more complete the action is.There was no significant difference in ankle angle between male and female dancers during the completion of the movement.5.In the process of cowboy dance kicking, the core strength and upper limb strength training of female dancers are weaker, and the core strength is controlled to be stable during the knee lifting stage and the raising stage, making the upper limb swing and lower limb movement more coordinated. |
