| AbstractObjective:By using the method of comparing and analyzing of the body shape,physical function and psychological changes of the female college students before and after the intervention,this article studies the impact on the teaching of jive and aerobics on physical and psychological effects of female college student.Methods:By using methods of literature and experiment,On the basis of inquiry on the related literature at home and abroad in recent years,sixty-three female college students in grade 3 were selected as the experimental subjects,they were divided into cowboy dance group(21 people),aerobics group(21 people)and control group(21 people)randomly.The students of Jive group and the students of aerobics group were taken part in the 18 week,72 hours of Jive and aerobics extracurricular sports clubs teaching activities.The teaching process is strictly carried out according to the syllabus.The body shape(height,weight,BMI,waist,hip,waist-to-hip ratio,the skinfold of anterior superior iliac spine and the skin fold thickness),physical function(FVC,heart rate,eye closure,vestibular marking time step)and physical quality(800M run,sit and reach)of the subjects were tested and evaluated before and after the experiment.It also assesses the level of mental health(obsessive compulsive symptoms,physical,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,hostility,terror,psychosis,paranoia)by using the SCL-90.It focused on statistical analysis of data by using of SPSS17.0 software.Results:1.Body shape:(1)The body weight,thigh circumference,anterior superior iliac spine and umbilical fold thickness,waist circumference,waist hip ratio,calf circumference of the Jive group students and the aerobics group students were significantly to trend of decrease or decrease(P <0.05,P < 0.01)after the experiment.(2)Compared with the aerobics group,the leg circumference of the Jive group was significantly increased(P < 0.01)after the experiment.The thickness,body weight,waist circumference,waist hip ratio,thigh circumference,and anterior superior iliac spine thickness of Jive group were significantly lower or less than those of the control group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,The body weight,BMI,waist circumference,waist to hip ratio and lower leg circumference of the aerobics group were significantly lower(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).2.Body function:(1)Four indicators of the girls in Jive group and the aerobics group which includes quiet heart rate,vital capacity,eyes closed mesh piaffe,vestibular step were obviously improved(P < 0.01)after the experiment.(2)The Jive group’s closed mesh piaffe is obviously better than that of aerobics group(P < 0.05),The four indexes of body function were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).The vital capacity of the aerobics group was significantly higher than that of the Jive group(P < 0.05),the quiet heart rate,vital capacity and vestibular steps were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),but the eye-closed mesh piaffe did not change significantly(P > 0.05).3.Physical quality:(1)The result of sit-and-reach and 800 m running of the Jive group and aerobics group was increased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05)after the experiment.(2)Compared with the Jive group,the results of sit-and-reach are much better than the aerobics group(P<0.05),but the result of 800 m running and sit-and-reach were much better than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the result of 800 m of aerobic group was significantly(P < 0.05)there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the sit-and-reach(P>0.05).4.Mental health level:(1)The SCL-90 test showed that the mental health level of each group was significantly improved(P < 0.05).Among them,five psychological factors which include the physical,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror were improved(P < 0.05).(2)After the experiment,the relationship of the cowboy dance group was better than the aerobics group(P < 0.05).Compared to the control group,the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror and psychological state evaluation was significantly improved(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).There is no significant change in other indicators(P > 0.05).2 indicators of physical and anxiety of aerobics group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in other factors(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Jive and aerobics has different influence on female college student’s body shape,Body weight,BMI,waist circumference,waist to hip ratio,waist and abdominal skin fold thickness,thigh circumference and other indicators have been improved.The influence of the calf circumference,aerobics is better than that of Jive;(2)The cowboy dance and aerobics have positive effect on the physical function and physical quality of female college students,the heart rate,vital capacity,balance ability,flexibility and endurance can be improved.The influence of cowboy dance on balance ability is better than that of aerobics.And the effect of aerobics on vital capacity is better than the cowboy dance.(3)The cowboy dance and aerobics can alleviate the psychological tendency of female college students,such as the body of the female college students,sensitive,depression,anxiety,fear and so on.It has a certain role in promoting psychological unhealthy tendency.The sensitive to interpersonal relationship,the effect of the cowboy dance is better than the aerobics. |
