With the steady improvement of China’s economy,the education industry has become one of strong demand and continued year-on-year growth in profits.The scale of institutions is expanding,but the overall quality is changing,the competitive situation in the industry is tough and the return on investment is low.For R English,the continued low performance,high refund rates and frequent staff changes all point to problems with the current business model from the side.This paper combines the macro environment of the society and the internal environment of the industry,conducts a thorough analysis,and finally proposes a digital strategy for R English’s strategic transformation.The details are as follows:This paper first summarises the theories related to strategic management,education and training institutions,digitalisation,digital transformation and digital transformation of education,and uses the PEST and Porter’s Five Forces models to analyse the internal and external environment,and finally uses the SWOT tool to summarise transformation strategies and make choices.Based on the above analysis,a strategic analysis of R English’s strategic transformation in the context of digitalisation was carried out,mainly identifying R English’s digital transformation strategy with "user experience as the centre,technology-driven and data-driven" as the core,and determining the direction of digital technology upgrading,"product + content + scenario The company also identified three directions of change,including the upgrading of digital technology,the deep integration of "product + content + scenario" to create a digital transformation of the business direction,and the transformation of the company’s revenue model,and formulated and implemented digital strategies for product development,talent,marketing,service and brand development.Safeguard measures were proposed for R English’s strategic transformation,including a sound company organisational structure,corporate culture and institutional safeguards for financial protection,and good human resource management of the company’s various tasks.Finally,it summaries the achievements made during the implementation of the strategy and the subsequent implementation arrangements.The research in this paper has some reference value for small and medium-sized education and training institutions competing for homogeneity in the digital context and for actively transforming their strategies according to the company’s situation. |
