With the development of education marketization,parents arrange a lot of training to help children grow up and give children a competitive advantage,which makes education and training institutions develop rapidly.In this context,the education reform policy has caused great changes in the education and training industry.The policy clearly states that it is necessary to standardize the management of off-campus training in culture and art and promote the improvement of the quality of culture and art of the masses,which brings unprecedented development space and many challenges to art training institutions.Taking F art training institutions as an example,this paper puts forward the market development conclusions and marketing strategies of F institutions through policy interpretation and investigation analysis.The survey data modeling analysis found that there are significant differences between users and non-users of K art training institutions in terms of age,income,education,number of children,and family factors.Through the decision-making model,found that product price and product value have a significant impact on the consumer choice of K art training institutions;at the same time,brand awareness and family factors are crucial to consumer choice.Through the SWOT analysis of F art training institutions,found that F art training institutions should integrate educational resources through their experience advantages,use institutional advantages to expand categories and age users,establish product brands,and achieve market growth.Finally,this paper provides suggestions and guidelines for the optimization and adjustment of the marketing of F art training institutions in combination with educational policies and data analysis.It has important theoretical and practical significance to provide decision-making basis for the sustainable development of the organization.The research method has good portability and expansibility,and has certain reference significance for the subsequent research on marketing strategy optimization.
