Character Characterization Of Family Drama Film

In today’s society,the guardians of many families bear different degrees of economic pressure,especially the guardians of single-parent families,while they are busy living,they often neglect the family communication with their children,accumulated over time leads to the underage children have distrust of life,confusion about the future and other problems.Taking the drama film "You are Not My Relying on" as an example,the paper focuses on the contradiction and struggle between the characters in the life and the characters around them,and discusses the life state and interpersonal relationship between the mother and children in a single-parent family in the family drama film.The main line of the work focuses on the mode of family affection,single mother and son,The relationship between the characters can not be re-selected,but there are difficult to solve the problems;The auxiliary line is based on the real society as the background,including the mother’s career,love,son’s study,teachers and students.The theme connotation reflected in the work will arouse the children of single-parent families to truly find their own value,and to devote themselves to their future life with a positive and optimistic psychological state.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,describing the research background,and explaining the purpose and significance of the research.Then the author sorts out and summarizes the film and television works focusing on the single-parent family life in domestic and foreign family themes,and summarizes the research methods and innovations.The second chapter discusses the narrative strategy of family drama film,which is elaborated from the character relationship setting and the conflict setting.The setting of character relationship is divided into two aspects: the character relationship setting in family environment and the character relationship setting in social environment.In the setting of conflict,it focuses on the emotional conflict and parent-child intergenerational conflict.The third chapter shows the diversity of the characters in the family drama film.It divided into two major parts.One is the diversity of characters.This paper discusses three aspects:family contradiction,social contradiction and character contradiction respectively.Second,it is writing space to shape the emotional diversity of characters.This paper discusses the real space and the emotional space respectively.Chapter four is the audio-visual language expression of the characters in the family drama film.Combined with my works respectively from the light and shadow color,music,sound,dialogue,scene,costume modeling,props,montage editing techniques for examples.The last fifth chapter is a reflection and summary of my own work.The author hopes that through the creation of my graduation work "You are Not My Relying on",I can further improve my technical skills in my professional field,and also call on the society to pay more attention to the living conditions of single-parent families and provide them with help within my capacity.
