Eastern Province Economic Monthly is an economic journal published in Harbin from 1925 to 1933 by the Economic Investigation Bureau of the Eastern Railway Administration,and is issued once a month.With the main purpose of investigating the resources of Northeast China,publicizing the business and situation of the Middle East Railway,promoting the economic development of Northeast China,and discussing world economic theory,the journal has successively set up columns such as articles,special articles,chapters,and translations,and published a large number of economic papers,survey reports and current affairs news.The Eastern Province Economic Monthly is extremely rich in content.It is mainly reflected in two aspects: vertically,the Eastern Province Economic Monthly has a long continuous publication time,and the amount of content retained is considerable;From a horizontal point of view,its content not only involves agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,transportation,currency and other industries,but also takes the northeast region as the center,and is involved in the entire Chinese and even the world economy.This paper takes Eastern Province Economic Monthly as the research object,and studies Eastern Province Economic Monthly through the following four parts: the first part is the establishment and operation of Eastern Province Economic Monthly,which mainly analyzes the founding background,author group,receiving rules and profitability of Eastern Province Economic Monthly.The second part is the evolution of the Eastern Province Economic Monthly.It mainly discusses the impact of the Middle East Road incident on the Eastern Province Economic Monthly.Study of its name change and the creation of the supplement.The third part is the research on the content related to the Middle East Railway in the journal,and analyzes its relationship with the Middle East Railway.The fourth part is the study of economic content in the Eastern Province Economic Monthly,analyzing its economic ideas and main directions.Finally,combined with the background of the times and the above analysis,the characteristics of the Eastern Province Economic Monthly are summarized and evaluated。...
