Research On The Cultivation Of Literary Talents In Lu Xun Art Academy During The Anti-Japanese War

After the Anti-Japanese War began,the Communist Party of China decided to establish Lu Xun Art Academy to train revolutionary literary and artistic talents in order to meet the needs of lasting resistance,the establishment of new Chinese art and the training of the Party’s literary and artistic cadres.The Party’s emphasis on and support for literature and art,the relatively stable environment in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area,and the gathering of young students and intellectuals in Yan ’an provided the basic conditions for the establishment of Lu Art.Founded in 1938 in Yan ’an,Lu Yi is the first comprehensive art college founded by the Party to train revolutionary literary and artistic workers and cadres.As the fortress and core to realize the policy of the Communist Party of China on literature and art,Luyi has thoroughly implemented the Party’s literature and art education policy,actively carried out personnel training work,gradually standardized the education,formed a relatively systematic personnel training system including the concept of personnel training,objectives,subjects,objects,contents,methods,assessment methods,and so on,presenting distinct characteristics that are different from those of art colleges in the same period.That is,the goal of personnel training is clear,the teaching content is "less but better",the teaching method is flexible and diverse,and the teaching management is democratic.In the course of nearly eight years,Luyi has cultivated a large number of revolutionary literary and artistic talents with firm political stance,strong feelings of the people and exquisite artistic skills,reserving a group of outstanding literary and artistic cadres for New China.They went to the troops in the front,went deep into the base areas behind enemy lines and actively carried out literary and artistic practices and revolutionary propaganda,making outstanding contributions to the prosperity of revolutionary literature and art,the development of the revolutionary cause and the development of the literary and artistic cause of New China in the future.It is of great significance to study the cultivation of literary and artistic talents of Lu Yi to deeply understand the history of running a school of Lu Yi,to show the brilliant achievements made by Lu Yi in the cultivation of talents,literary and artistic creation and its historical contribution in the Anti-Japanese War,and to learn from the training experience of literary and artistic talents of Lu Yi has important enlightenment for the cultivation of talents of art colleges in the new era.
