Research On Rural Cultural Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the founding of New China,CPC and state leaders have attached great importance to rural cultural construction,and for more than 70 years,successive leaders have combined the basic tenets of Marxism with China’s specific reality,explored theories of rural cultural construction with the characteristics of the times,and accumulated valuable experience for China’s rural cultural construction in the new era.In the new era,the CPC and the state have made major decisions to implement the rural revitalization strategy,providing a more solid guarantee for the development of rural society,and enabling rural cultural construction to stand at a new historical coordinate and sail higher.There is a close intrinsic relationship between rural revitalization and rural cultural construction.The rural revitalization strategy is a strategic plan and top-level design made by the CPC and the country based on China’s actual national conditions and village conditions in the new era.It also brings greater challenges and higher requirements to the construction of rural culture.Rural cultural construction has always occupied the the position of the "soul core" in the rural revitalization strategy,and has become an important driving force and strong leading force for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.At the same time,the rural revitalization strategy is consistent with the goals of rural cultural construction,and they are all unified in the practice of promoting rural cultural revitalization,building a better life in rural areas,and promoting agricultural and rural modernization.In recent years,the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Government have placed rural cultural construction as a key focus of rural revitalization,and around the goal of "building a model for rural cultural revitalization in Qilu",they have continuously innovated the content,form and means of rural cultural construction,and achieved a series of fruitful results,mainly reflected in the gradual mainstreaming of democratic and progressive ideas in rural areas,the awareness of rural cultural construction is gradually enhanced,and the gradual improvement of rural public cultural services.However,there are still some problems that cannot be ignored,which are highlighted in the lack of inheritance of excellent traditional culture in rural areas,the role of rural cultural venues is insufficient,unhealthy social atmosphere still exists in rural areas,and there is a shortage of professionals in rural cultural construction.The emergence of these problems still hinders the development of rural cultural construction in Shandong Province,and has also become an obstacle to rural revitalization,which needs to be solved urgently.In the face of the current practical dilemma in rural cultural construction,this thesis analyzes the deep-seated reasons behind it,mainly including insufficient motivation for inheriting excellent traditional culture in rural areas,the relevant institutional mechanisms for rural cultural construction are not sound enough,poor cultivation of good family atmosphere,simple folk atmosphere and civilized village atmosphere,and insufficient attraction of rural areas to professionals in cultural construction.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate more scientific measures in a timely manner and in line with the actual situation of Shandong Province for guidance.In the process of promotion,we will be problem-oriented and aim to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the peasant masses,by inheriting the spiritual roots of rural cultural construction,shaping and casting the soul for rural revitalization;improving the institutional mechanism of rural cultural construction to safeguard rural revitalization;nourishing the civilized atmosphere of rural cultural construction,establishing custom and culture for rural revitalization;and expanding the talent force of rural cultural construction,cohesion empowerment for rural revitalization,promoting rural cultural construction in Shandong Province to move towards a higher level,and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.
