The 20th century saw a new era in European music,a time of great variety and new ideas and a variety of musical languages.The composer Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev was also one of the most important musicians of the 20th century,and his Violin Concerto No.2 in G minor,Op.63,is one of the most important works of the 20th century.And the fruit of a richer blend of colors and the distinctive thinking of the times.This paper will first give a brief biography of the composer and introduce the background of the Violin Concerto No.2 in G minor.Then,we will analyze the structure of the work in order to give the reader an overview of the structure of the work.Finally,we will discuss the intensity,mood,and bowing of the work in a practical violin performance. |
