Research On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In Fujian Local Records Museum

Local chronicles museum records history,inherits culture,has obvious characteristics of public cultural service,and plays the public cultural service functions of cultural storage,senior management education and enlightenment.Under the background of public cultural service,enhancing the structure of local chronicles museum has practical value for giving full play to its position and role in public cultural service.However,there are still some problems in the supply of public cultural services in the local chronicles museum,such as the relatively insufficient display level and collection resources,the lack of organization and professional team construction,and the lack of interaction between related cultural venues.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the supply of public cultural facilities,public cultural activities and public cultural products in Fujian Local Records Museum,this paper comprehensively discusses the reasons for the problems in the supply of public cultural services in Fujian Local Records Museum.Based on the analysis of the reasons,with the problem as the guide,focusing on the public cultural service framework,this paper constructs a strategy to improve the supply of public cultural services in Fujian Local Records Museum.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the supply status of public cultural facilities in Fujian local chronicles Museum,including hardware environment and supporting conditions;Analysis of the current situation of the joint construction and sharing of venues and cultural venues with other local chronicles,including the supply of cross-cultural services;This paper analyzes the current situation of the supply of public cultural products developed by Fujian local chronicles Museum,including the supply of traditional culture,contemporary culture,local culture and so on.Secondly,it analyzes the deficiencies of the supply of public cultural services in Fujian Local Records Museum,and draws the conclusion that the awesome lack of public cultural supply is mainly due to the lack of government’s efforts in the supply of people,money,goods and things.From the perspective of local chronicles museum itself,the supply of public cultural activities is relatively single,and the coordinated development is still insufficient;Speaking from the social subject of public cultural services,citizens’ participation in the development of public cultural products in local chronicles museum is insufficient.Thirdly,it analyzes the reasons for the insufficient supply of public cultural services in Fujian local chronicles Museum,which is mainly reflected in the inadequate understanding of the construction value of local chronicles Museum,the insufficient concept of sustainable development and the weak awareness of collaborative development.Finally,we should formulate strategies for improving the supply of public cultural services in Fujian Local Records Museum.In view of the awesome shortage of public cultural supply in the Local Records Museum,we should give full play to the government’s main responsibilities of public cultural services,from strengthening the professionalization of local records and building part-time teams,increasing the financial input and resources allocation of local records.Awesome efforts should be made to strengthen the supply of adult financial and property matters in the standardization system of local records.In view of the single supply of public cultural activities in the local chronicles hall,we should give full play to the requirements of the coordinated development of public cultural services,reduce costs and enhance service efficiency by strengthening the linkage development with other local chronicles halls,strengthening the interaction with other cultural venues,and strengthening the linkage supply with cross domain cultural services;In view of the insufficient supply of public cultural products in the local chronicles Museum,we should give full play to the main responsibility of public cultural services to the society,strengthen citizens’ participation in development,and create characteristic public cultural products from the aspects of sorting out the old chronicles of previous dynasties,excavating traditional excellent culture,combing contemporary political achievements,leading contemporary cultural development,analyzing local information and looking forward to the direction of cultural development..
