In the creation of traditional Western oil painting art,light and shadow play a vital role in the picture,and are also the main means of expression to strengthen the artistic effect.In the process of art creation,light and shadow can not only shape the form,but also create atmosphere and express emotion,etc.Any object will form a different visual effect under the action of different light sources.As Rudolf Arnheim said,"Light,almost,is one of the most brilliant and spectacular experiences available to the human senses."
