Research On On East China Financial And Economic Office

The CPC has experienced a long process in the construction of the financial system.From the dispersion and disorder in the early stages of the revolution to gradually moving towards unity,various financial systems have gone through a process of initiation,integration,chaos,and re integration.In the construction of the system and the continuation of the social environment,there is always a considerable tension and the mutual game of various forces.This thesis takes the East China Financial and Economic Office as the perspective to discuss a series of measures taken by the East China Financial and Economic Office during the Liberation War: implementing three major plans to overcome financial difficulties;Reshape the pattern of fiscal revenue and expenditure,and unify financial and grain management;Emphasizing economic laws and laying the foundation for post-war economic construction;Promote the reform of the salary system and increase the enthusiasm of employees.Its establishment made important contributions to the construction of the financial system in the Shandong revolutionary base area.The author attempts to trace the historical process of the establishment of the financial system in the revolutionary base areas of Shandong through sorting out the original archival materials,in order to promote the study of Shandong’s economic history.
