Research On Shen Zhou "Hu Qiu Twelve Landscape Paintings"

Shen Zhou was a master of poetry,calligraphy and painting in Ming Dynasty,whose artistic creation had a far-reaching influence.His works have a wide range of subject matter and content,which was unique in the art circle of advocating Taige style,school painting and Zhejiang school at that time,laying the foundation of Wu men calligraphy style painting style,and creating a new situation for the Ming Dynasty painting circle.This paper takes the "Twelve Scenes of Tiger Hill" album,a landscape album of Shen Zhou’s late period,as the case study object,which is divided into four chapters.Combined with the artist’s creation background and state,this paper explores the artist’s artistic style and artistic achievements from the composition arrangement,the form of ink and the inspiration to his creation,and opens up new ideas in the creation practice through the analysis and research of this album.
