Shen Zhou "Rough Brush" Landscape Painting Techniques Research And Application In The Creation

The title of this paper is "Research on Shen Zhou's " Thick Brush " Landscape Painting Techniques and Its Applications in Creation",aiming at exploring the characteristics of the thick brush style formed in the landscape painting of late Shen Zhou,namely,his mature period.Through the social and historical background and the relationship between teachers and students,the formation characteristics and ideological connotation of Shen Zhou's landscape creation style in the late period are explored,and his painting habits and composition style are summarized.As the leader of Wu school in the middle of Ming Dynasty,Shen Zhou made great achievements in poetry,calligraphy and painting.Drawing on the achievements of various schools of painting,he played a role in connecting the past with the future in the development of literati painting.The thesis is divided into five parts based on the basic perfection of Shen Zhou's "thick brush" research and the sufficient amount of Shen Zhou's landscape works: The first part is the introduction,which includes the reasons for choosing the topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the innovation and significance of the research.The second part is about Shen Zhou's life,the region where he lived and the cultural environment.The third part is about the evolution of Shen Zhou's early and late artistic style and its relationship with his teachers.It selects representative works to analyze and compare Shen Zhou's "thin brush" and "thick brush" and explores the causes of the changes in Shen Zhou's early and late painting style.The fourth part is about the artistic value and the significance of the times of "thick brush" and its influence.The fifth chapter is about the combination of theory and practice,the application of Shen Zhou's techniques in practical sketch creation,and the exploration for the unity of brush-andink techniques and nature.
