Based on Chen Heqin’s idea of“Living Education” and taking the children’s fine arts educational institutions in Chengdu as the research object,this paper adopts the Interdisciplinary Research Methods of Fine Arts,management and pedagogy,this paper explores the management and educational practice strategies of children’s art education institutions aiming at cultivating their character and enhancing their aesthetic ability.This paper discusses four aspects.First,theoretical research.This paper summarizes the research progress of Chen heqin’s“Living Education” at home and abroad.On the basis of collating and collecting relevant materials of Chen heqin,this paper clarifies the basic connotation,orientation and educational principle of the thought of“Living Education”,as well as the management thought contained in it,to conduct a survey of children’s fine arts training institutions in Chengdu,and to sum up the current situation and characteristics of children’s fine arts education institutions in Chengdu,it analyzes the problems existing in the orientation of running a school,educational aim,educational idea,teachers,hardware facilities,software facilities,teaching management and so on.Third,combined with the aesthetic education theory and management spirit in Chen heqin’s“Live education” thought,this paper studies the education and management strategy of children’s art education institutions in Chengdu.Fourth,strategic practice.The above strategy will be applied to practice,through the program practice to verify the strategy,and put forward further thinking. |
