Fantasia of Mignon for Flute and Piano is the representative work of Paul Taffanel,a famous French flute player and educator.The work is based on the opera "Mignon" of the same name by the French composer Charles Ambroise Thomas.The melody in the work is beautiful and exquisite,lively and cheerful,and contains a variety of flute playing skills.It is an excellent flute work that integrates drama,dance,skills and other elements.This paper mainly discusses the musical characteristics and performance skills of Fantasia of Fanny Maiden,which is divided into three chapters as follows: Chapter one introduces the performer and creation background of the work;The second chapter is the analysis of the music features of the work,including the analysis of the music elements and musical structure of the work;At the last of this essay classifies the flute playing skills in the works,and analyzes and introduces them from three aspects: tongue movement technology,breath control and finger skills.Although this work is widely known and exquisite,there is not much research on this work in China at present.The research in this paper will help to deeply understand the ideological content expressed in the theme paragraphs of Fantasia of Fantasia of Fanny Women,and provide the basis for the music theory and performance of the work,and make up for the vacancy of flute works in this field.
