Research On The Discourse Marker "X+是

The"X+is"model has derived a large number of discourse marks,,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on such discourse marks.In general,there is still some room for exploration of"X+is"class discourse markers,and the cases of"X+is"structures such as"Shuo Shi"(“说是”);"Na Shi"(“那是”)和"Guan Jian Shi"(“关键是”)can continue to be studied from the perspective of discourse markers.This paper attempts to fully describe the"X+is"class discourse markers,and conduct in-depth research and discussion on the typical cases of such discourse markers that have been studied less by predecessors,"Shuo Shi"(“说是”);"Na Shi"(“那是”)和"Guan Jian Shi"(“关键是”)from the aspects of semantics,distribution,usage,and pragmatics,so as to deepen the understanding of the pragmatic function,grammaticalization,source,formation and evolution of"X+is"class discourse markers.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of topic selection,briefly summarizes the research status of the academic community,and explains the theoretical basis,methods and corpus sources of this study.Second chapter is an overall investigation of the "X+ is" class discourse mark,from the synchronic and diachronic perspectives around the definition and classification of "X+ is" class discourse mark,pragmatic function and grammaticalization and other three aspects,on the basis of clarifying the common performance characteristics of "X+ is" class discourse mark,it is classified from the perspective of pragmatic function,distribution location,composition,etc.,from the aspects of discourse function,metalanguage function and interpersonal function to investigate its pragmatic function,and finally its grammaticalization process from the source,Investigate and study the motivation and mechanism.Chapters three—five respectively select three cases in the three categories of"verb+is","noun+is"and"pronoun+is"with large research space on the basis of the classification of discourse mark"X+is"and previous research in the second chapter,“Shuo Shi”(说是)、"Na Shi"(那是)and"Guan Jian Shi"(关键是).It is examined from multiple perspectives such as semantics,distribution and usage,and pragmatic functions.In terms of semantic analysis,the semantic relationship and semantic structure mode of its before and after items are discussed respectively.The distribution of discourse marks is described from three aspects:syntax,discourse and style.Finally,on the basis of previous research,the pragmatic function of discourse markers is summarized.Chapter six is the concluding part,summarizing the main points of this paper and pointing out the innovations and shortcomings of the research.
