| The increasingly fierce competition in the society has brought some problems to the employment of college students. It is a common state of college students to avoid employment, which also produces the phenomenon of "lying flat" and "inner roll".Of course, this is only the most typical part of many phenomena. The current environment of rapid development does not allow college students to "lie flat",so they can only learn to accept the constant changes in the environment. The ability of individuals to cope with change is increasingly valued, which is also an opportunity for individuals to grow. However,in the face of the process of change, there will naturally be a re-understanding of the self, adjust the behavior to adapt to the development, and do a good job in career planning, which is bound to require good adaptation conditions. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influence mechanism of college students’ acceptance of change on their career adaptation.Based on previous studies, this study introduced acceptance of change, future job self-clarity,goal management strategy and career adaptation to understand the impact of individuals’ adaptation in the process of coping with change, and explored the relationship between the four.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1105 college students using scales such as Acceptance Change Scale and Future Job Self-Definition Scale, and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The overall level of college students’ career adaptation, acceptance of changes and future job self-clarity are all above the medium level. In addition to the medium level of goal disengagement, goal re-entry,goal maintenance and goal adjustment are also above the medium level. In the various dimensions of college students’ career adaptation, only children pay more attention to their own careers than non-only children.University students in all categories of majors are more or less receptive to change, with boys being more willing to seek change than girls and more inclined to change than women.Only children are more supportive of change than non-only children, and are generally more likely to seek, tend, respond positively and support to change than students in other grades in grade levels.Only children have higher self-clarity about their future work than non-only children, and students in their fourth year of college are also higher than other grades.Science and engineering students are more likely to move away from their current goals, and urban students move on to new goals faster than rural students.Senior year is higher than sophomore and junior and graduate students in goal separation and reentry.Female students are more persistent in their personal goals, rural students are stronger than urban students,non-only children are stronger than only children, literature and history are higher than science and engineering classes, sophomores and juniors are higher than seniors and freshmen, and graduate students are also higher than seniors.Target adjustments are generally the same.(2)College students’ acceptance of change has a significant positive predictive effect on career adaptation. The higher the acceptance of change, the higher the self-clarity,goal disengagement,re-entry,and adjustment of the future work, and the lower the goal maintenance.Self-clarity at future work was significantly negatively correlated with goal maintenance, positive correlation with goal detachment,re-entry,adjustment and career adaptation, and goal re-entry and goal adjustment were significantly positively correlated with career adaptation.(3)The two variables of future job self-clarity and goal adjustment play a chain mediating role between acceptance of change and career adaptation, and they are part of the mediating role, that is,acceptance of change can directly affect career adaptation, but also can affect career adaptation through the influence of future job self-clarity and goal adjustment. |
