Abstract/Summary:
Antonio Lopez Garcia is a famous Spanish figurative painting artist.He is good at combining familiar scenes and self-feelings into his works.The unique processing of details in the picture echoes the subjective color,not only the composition is accurate and rigorous,but also contains a strong expressive force in the painting technique,coupled with the unique observation method,the picture is full of vitality and a sense of time.He creatively innovated the measurement method of traditional figurative painting,and opened a new chapter for contemporary figurative and realistic oil painting with his unique painting language.The research topic of this paper takes Antonio Lopez’s figurative painting as the object of study,discusses Lopez’s life and the history of his painting art,and from this,summarizes Lopez’s painting style and painting language in each stage,then analyzes the observation method of his figurative painting,which is the focus of this paper,and applies this method to the author’s painting creation through repeated practice,and finally combines the author’s works to detail the reference and inspiration of Lopez’s figurative painting to my oil painting study.This paper is divided into four sections when examining the figurative paintings of Antonio Lopez.The first is an overview of Lopez’s figurative painting,which provides a chronology of his artistic career;the second is a summary of Lopez’s language in relation to his figurative paintings;the second is an analysis of Lopez’s unique method of observation,from the tools of observation to specific practices;and the final is an account of the influence Lopez had on the author’s work,including the choice of subject matter and the application of observation methods.Finally,the author’s influence on his work is explained,including the choice of subject matter and the application of observation methods.
