Study On The Problems And Culture Management Countermeasures Of Rural

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization",and put the strategy of "revitalization of the countryside" and "strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education" as the seven major strategies for building a well-off society in an all-round way.As for how to carry out rural revitalization,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward five "revitalization",including industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organization revitalization,among them,Cultural revitalization is the spiritual foundation and ideological guarantee of rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy brings new requirements and opportunities to rural cultural governance.It is of practical significance for the rural cultural governance of L township to conduct research,analyze the difficulties faced by rural cultural governance,and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.At the same time,it can also provide a beneficial reference for the rural cultural governance of other regions.This paper expounds the research background,sorts out the relevant research results and basic theories at home and abroad,and defines the basic concepts related to this research.Then,based on the field survey of L township in southwest China,the basic content of L township’s cultural construction and the current situation of cultural governance are deeply understood.It further summarizes the main problems of cultural governance in L township,That is,the main body is missing and not in place,the rural education lags behind,the management system is not perfect,the lack of overall development planning,the position function is not enough,the weakening of traditional culture and the bad culture shock.To solve above problems,in the thorough analysis the reason and draw lessons from the related experience and theory,on the basis of put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,including: strengthening the government functions,improve the quality of rural education,perfect sound management system,strengthening the culture construction,inheriting the excellent traditional culture,and optimize brand integration development,explore new model of digital governance,etc.
