Rural cultural governance is an important part of national cultural governance.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,to achieve comprehensive development of the "three rural issues",we must not only focus on the construction of material civilization but also on the construction of spiritual civilization.Rural cultural governance is in line with the development requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,which has a positive significance for inheriting the roots of rural culture,purifying the folk customs of the village,stimulating the vitality within the village,and realizing the overall revitalization of the rural society.This article is titled "Research on Rural Cultural Governance under the Background of Rural Rejuvenation-Taking Liyang Boyangba Town as an Example".This article mainly adopts the literature method,participation observation method,and in-depth interview method.It is hoped that through the analysis of the specific methods,achievements,deficiencies,and reasons of the rural cultural governance in the field survey site,and in-depth thinking about the current rural cultural governance.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of the topic selection,the current status of research at home and abroad,research theory and research methods.The second part is an analysis of the current situation of rural cultural governance in field survey sites.First of all,an overview of Baiyangba Town is given to readers to have a general understanding of the field survey site.The second is to analyze and summarize the rural cultural governance practice of the town.The third part is to analyze the achievements and dilemmas of the rural cultural governance in the field investigation points,pointing out that it has been carried out in the aspects of multi-subject co-governance,balance of supply and demand of cultural products,cultural integration and development,farmers’ ideas and production and lifestyle.Surely,it analyzes the four aspects of the lack of cultural professionals,the failure of cultural inheritance,the lack of investment in special funds,the lag in the construction of institutional mechanisms,the existence of bad habits culture,the market of drossculture,the poor demand for cultural demand,and the difficulty of cultural governance.It has a shortpart.The fourth part is based on the investigation,analysis and summary of the rural cultural governance of the field survey site,and then on the rural culture in the southwest of Hubei from the four aspects of adhering to the correct orientation,enhancing the self-confidence of farmers’ rural culture,enriching the spiritual life of farmers,and strengthening the development of cultural industries.Governance to achieve "good governance" proposed path reference.
