Ethical Consideration Of Personal Privacy Protection Under The Background Of Social Informatization

With the popularization and rapid development of information technology,China has gradually realized social informatization.However,in the process of social informatization,while adding convenience to all aspects of life,it also increases the risk of disclosure of personal privacy.The risk of personal privacy disclosure is aggravated by ethical causes,such as people’s weak awareness of privacy protection,the lack of moral responsibility of information users or managers,the deviation of value orientation of information industry,and the lack of ethical supervision of information technology application.The occurrence of privacy disclosure will threaten people’s personal safety and property safety,damage people’s personal dignity,deprive people of their autonomy,and may affect the social stability and harmony,which will be a setback for the information industry,but also a major setback for the information society.The research content of this paper is mainly from the perspectives of individuals,families and society,five basic principles of harmlessness and benefit,unity of power and responsibility,informed consent,security and confidentiality and the least sufficient are proposed as the ethical rules of personal privacy protection in the information society.In addition,it puts forward the ethical path of personal privacy protection,including strengthening the ethical education of personal privacy protection,making people clear the boundaries of personal privacy and improving people’s awareness of privacy protection;To establish ethical norms for personal privacy protection,to constrain and guide information technology inventors,information users or managers and information industry;Establish ethical evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism for personal privacy protection,connect personal privacy protection behavior with personal credit investigation.Through strengthening the personnel training and the implementation of relevant policies on information security technology,to enhance the ability of privacy protection from the technical root Finally,the legal system of privacy protection should be improved by establishing and improving the legal norms of personal privacy protection,so that the rule of law and the rule of virtue can jointly govern the information society and give the most comprehensive protection to personal privacy.Make people have more sense of access to information technology,have more sense of security to the information industry,and make the future information life full of happiness.
