Ethical Consinderations On Personal Privacy In The Era Of Big Data

With the advent of the era of big data,massive data is showing an explosive growth trend,and many personal privacy and ethical issues have arisen while the application is open.The imbalance between the openness of big data applications and personal privacy security contains conflicts between science and technology and human development.From the perspective of ethics,this paper theoretically expounds and analyzes the causes of personal privacy ethics in the era of big data,and seeks solutions from various aspects such as privacy ethics,privacy technology,and legal systems.This paper firstly analyzes the conflict between big data application openness and privacy ethics on the basis of reviewing the relevant literature on big data and privacy ethics.Individuals,as participants in the era of big data,are willing to sell privacy in exchange for convenience.The integration of personal privacy data through a series of links such as collection,mining,analysis,and reprocessing will undoubtedly lead to privacy ethics issues.Then,the reasons are discussed from five aspects:ideology,society,economy,technology and law,mainly including weak awareness of personal privacy protection,lack of social value standards for data,failure of social supervision function,lack of big data technology itself,and lag in privacy protection laws and regulations.Finally,to find a way to resolve conflicts,the main body of big data applications should strengthen the education and guidance of privacy ethics protection,practice the social norms of privacy protection,improve the self-discipline mechanism of the big data industry,upgrade the security protection technology of big data,and improve the legal system of privacy protection to eliminate personal privacy.Ethical anomie issues.Data,as a new factor of production,injects vitality into various fields of the social industry,but any technology application will inevitably produce side effects.Personal privacy ethics issues are related to the rights and interests of individuals.Therefore,conduct research on privacy protection ethics to facilitate the application of technology to individuals.provide inspiration for survival and development.
