| Food culture as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,has a rich form and profound cultural foundation,teaching food culture in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages can make Chinese as the second language learners understand the Chinese diet characteristics,diet,eating habits,food culture reflects the values,way of thinking and cultural psychology of Chinese people.Therefore,when learning food culture,students can not only learn the noumenon knowledge of Chinese,but also treat cultural differences correctly,avoid cross-cultural conflicts,and carry out effective cross-cultural communication.The names of Sichuan cuisine contain profound cultural connotation.Taking the names of dishes as the entry point of food culture teaching,it can let students understand the reason of the names.At the same time,teachers permeate cultural knowledge can promote students to understand the traditional Chinese culture,and then help students understand the cultural psychology reflected in the names of dishes.The thesis uses literature analysis,questionnaire method and statistical analysis,taking the names of Sichuan dishes for example and discussing the food culture teaching in the TCSOL.The thesis firstly introduces the food culture teaching in the topic of the background,research significance and research methods,from the food culture,culture teaching and food culture teaching in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages these three aspects to carry out the literature review,to comb the teaching principles and teaching methods of food culture,to discuss the importance of the cuisine names as a language teaching resource in the TCSOL.Then the thesis discusses connotation of Chinese traditional diet culture and the cultural significance of Sichuan cuisine.It introduces the characteristics of the names and the cultural contents of the language elements from the pronunciation,grammar and vocabulary,and makes simple teaching designs based on the specific examples to highlight the combination of language and culture.Through the questionnaire,the thesis learns about Sichuan international students’ learning situation of Sichuan cuisine culture,summarizing the students’ interest in food culture and cultural teaching methods.Based on these,the author thinks about the teaching methods that can be used in the teaching of food culture.Finally,the thesis is based on the problems found in the questionnaire,discusses the teaching theory,teaching principles and specific teaching methods about food culture teaching,such as direct teaching method,game activity method,physical performance culture method and food culture comparison method.Through the vocabulary to permeate food culture and help students understand the cultural psychology behind the names of dishes.Through this paper,the author tries to explore the effective combination of culture and language learning,spread and carry forward Chinese culture,let Chinese learners understand the phenomenon of food culture,enhance their interest in Chinese learning,and improve the ability to use Chinese for communication. |
