Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Suixi County

In recent years,with the increasing pressure of work and life,the public like to release pressure and relax by rural tourism.As a new form of tourism,rural tourism has a large market potential and good development prospects.It combines the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.It can create jobs and drive the development of related industries.It plays an active role in promoting rural economic development,improving rural cultural environment,and developing and protecting historical and cultural heritage.In addition,rural tourism is highly valued by the country.Government departments have issued a series of policies and measures,including the Guidance on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Rural tourism,and held special meetings to provide policy support and guidance for the development of rural tourism.Under the promotion of market and national policy,rural tourism develops rapidly.Suixi County has obvious geographical advantages,profound cultural deposits,rich rural tourism resources and growing rural tourism industry.However,rural tourism in Suixi started late and is still in the primary stage of development,with problems such as lack of uniqueness of products and backward infrastructure.Based on this premise,this article takes the development of rural tourism in Suixi County as the research object,combines the relevant policy basis and relevant theories of rural tourism,draws lessons from the successful experience of domestic rural tourism development,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of rural tourism in Suixi County,so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of rural tourism in Suixi County.In this paper,literature analysis was used to understand the relevant research content of rural tourism at home and abroad.Through field surveys of representative scenic spots,visits to rural tourism authorities and related personnel,to grasp Suixi County’s natural geography,social economy,history and culture,and transportation facilities.It classifies and integrates the rural tourism resources of Suixi County,and summarizes the current situation of the development of rural tourism in it.Through interviews with county tourism authorities,town government staff,village committee cadres and tourism practitioners,and through a questionnaire survey of rural tourists in Suixi County,the interviews and surveys are sorted out,summarized and analyzed.Through the above research,the main problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Suixi County can be grasped as a whole:lack of effective support and guidance,relatively backward infrastructure,tourism product features are not prominent,lack of high-quality tourism professionals,industrial integration is not deep.This paper is guided by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,industrial integration theory,and sustainable development theory.And by learning from the rural tourism development experience of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County in Guangxi and Anji County in Zhejiang.In response to the problems in the development of rural tourism in Suixi County,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:improve the level of management,strengthen support and guidance;expand financing channels and increase financial support;speed up infrastructure construction to meet the needs of tourists;develop characteristic tourism projects and tap the connotation of cultural products;strengthen personnel training and management,build a high-quality talent team;strengthen industrial integration and promote the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism;attach importance to ecological and environmental protection and promote sustainable development of rural tourism.
