In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,pointed out that it is necessary to deepen the supply-side reform of vocational education,not only to increase the supply in terms of curriculum design,but also to improve the pertinence of teaching,change teaching methods,always make it clear that the main body in teaching is students,and reduce the proportion of pure theoretical knowledge classrooms.In addition,under the impetus of the reform of the three educations,the reform of vocational education is also constantly developing,and the state has also put forward new requirements for the development of vocational education,which clearly proposes to change the teaching method with the idea of combining school and enterprise.The original intention of the situational teaching method is to create an emotional learning situation step by step according to the level of student development in the process of teacher teaching,and then promote the development of students and cultivate new talents with all-round development for secretarial positions.This paper draws on relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad,and combines its own teaching practice experience to summarize the problems encountered by situational teaching method in the teaching of "Applied Writing" course of secretarial major in secondary vocational colleges,and find coping strategies.This study is divided into the following parts.The first part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of situational teaching method and the ’ practical writing ’ of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.The situational teaching method can better adapt to the physical and mental development characteristics of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools.It is necessary to mobilize students ’ enthusiasm and meet the needs of emotional value.The situational teaching method is also in line with the reform requirements,talent training objectives and teacher development needs of the " practical writing " course teaching of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,and is feasible.The second part investigates and analyzes the current situation of the course teaching of ’ practical writing ’ for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation,it is found that teachers ’ cognition of situational teaching method is one-sided,the implementation of situational teaching method is formalistic,and the form of situational creation is single and not targeted.The third part designs the classroom teaching process of situational teaching method in the ’practical writing ’ of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the content of teaching materials,the ideas and principles of creating teaching situations are sorted out.The fourth part analyzes the teaching effect of the situational teaching method applied to the " practical writing " course of the secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.Through the comparison of the results,it is found that the results of the experimental class are significantly better than those of the control class.Through the questionnaire,it can be seen that the students ’ learning habits,learning attitude and comprehensive ability have been improved.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions for teachers to improve their theoretical literacy,broaden their teaching ideas and diversify their situation creation in view of the problems in the teaching of ’ practical writing ’ course for secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools.The research results show that the application of situational teaching method in the course of " practical writing " of secretarial major in secondary vocational school can improve the students ’ academic performance and teaching efficiency,correct the students ’ learning attitude,enhance the classroom attraction,and make the classroom atmosphere more harmonious,which confirms that situational teaching has a positive impact and significance on the course of "practical writing " of secretarial major in secondary vocational school.The research results show that the application of situational teaching method in the course of " practical writing " of secretarial major in secondary vocational school can improve the students ’ academic performance and teaching efficiency,correct the students ’ learning attitude,enhance the classroom attraction,and make the classroom atmosphere more harmonious,which confirms that situational teaching has a positive impact and significance on the course of "practical writing " of secretarial major in secondary vocational school.
