In today’s China,with the advent of the era of network and fragmentation,"busy"has become the mantra of many people,and it is also a portrayal of the real life of young people.Because of the excessive work pressure,the social interaction of ordinary employees began to decrease,which also led to the loneliness of individuals at work.Social interaction is an important component of maintaining the relationship between employees and the organization.When individuals are not satisfied with their organizational attachment needs and lack a sense of belonging to the organization,employees will tend to leave the organization.Personnel turnover has always been the focus of attention of organizational managers and researchers.Frequent employee turnover will not only increase the cost and uncertainty of the organization’s human resources,but also may lead to leakage of business secrets,loss of important customers and other issues,which will have an impact on the sustainable development of the company.As a reflection of employees’ psychological tendency to leave the current organization,resignation intention can better predict resignation.Some surveys show that employee turnover intention is affected by certain external factors,and some corresponding studies have confirmed that turnover intention is caused by internal changes of individuals,so there is a certain correlation between employee loneliness,self depletion,mindfulness and turnover intention.Therefore,on the basis of reviewing the research results of employees’ sense of work loneliness,self depletion,mindfulness and employee turnover intention as well as the correlation between them,this study constructs a research model of employees’sense of work loneliness and turnover intention under the guidance of employees’Gross emotion regulation model and resource depletion theory.The research carried out three questionnaires,one monthly from May,and one week later,the questionnaire was collected.After the last collection,the questionnaire was matched.The empirical analysis was carried out through the data collected this time,mainly from the reliability and validity of the data,descriptive statistics and related regression analysis.The test results show that:(1)There is a positive correlation between job loneliness and turnover intention;(2)Job loneliness positively affects employee turnover intention through employee self attrition;(3)Mindfulness can negatively adjust the relationship between self depletion and turnover intention.Based on the relationship between the above variables,this study believes that enterprises need to promote communication between employees and between employees and leaders,so as to reduce the sense of loneliness and self depletion of employees at work,improve the status of self depletion of employees,and enterprises should pay attention to the recruitment and training of high minded employees,which is also a favorable measure to reduce employee turnover intention.Through this investigation and research,it is hoped that scholars and enterprise managers can be inspired to rethink the important role of employees’ loneliness in stabilizing the employee team,thereby reducing employees’ loneliness,improving employees’ self depletion,and improving their work enthusiasm and performance,so as to better stabilize the employee team and reduce employee turnover. |
