The word economic globalization trend continue to strengthen today,our country is in a critical period of economic transition,the interpersonal relations in the workplace is also becoming more and more complicated,workplace violence has become a new field of management research,and workplace ostracism belong to the category of "cold" violence in the organization,widely exists in all kinds of organizations.It can lead to great hurts to the psychological state,working state and behavior,research on workplace,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the phenomenon of exclusion in the workplace.Previous studies have found that workplace exclusion will lead to employee turnover behavior,but the path between them is not clear,the number of empirical and theoretical research between them is very limited.Therefore,this research based on the foreign and domestic research on the workplace ostracism,from the perspective of job insecurity,study how does the workplace ostracism affect the employee turnover intention,and adds the general self-efficacy as a mediator variable to explore the role relationship between workplace ostracism and turnover intention.The paper uses the random sampling method,in Henan province 400 enterprise staffs as the research samples,by questionnaire a survey of employees,and used statistical approach such as regression analysis?Bootstrap,the key conclusions of this research included :(1)In the different demographic variables of workplace Ostracism,job insecurity,general self-efficacy and turnover intention had significant differences.(2)Employees' job insecurity plays a partial mediating role between workplace Ostracism and turnover intention.There was a significant positive correlation between job insecurity and turnover intention.(3)The general self-efficacy of employees moderate not only in the workplace Ostracism and job insecurity,but also in the workplace Ostracism and turnover intention.This paper introduces job insecurity as an intermediary to discuss the influence of workplace ostracism to employee turnover intention,and adds general self-efficacy as a mediating variable into the research framework to explore the role of workplace exclusion in different individual.The research of this paper lays the foundation for Chinese scholars to explore the field of workplace ostracism in the future,and also has certain significance of apocalypse to our Chinese enterprise management at the same time.The enterprise should attach importance to the establishment of harmonious corporate culture,against cliques,reduce workplace ostracism behavior,while focusing on staff attitude adjustment,efforts to improve staff confidence,ease the staff from the anxious state,as much as possible reduce the occur employee turnover.
