This study used questionnaire based on maturity scales as major method,which collected 674 effective questionnaires,employees as subjects,job stress and happiness in the workplace as independent variables,turnover intention as the dependent variable and organizational commitment as the mediating variable.It primarily used AMOS 21.0,SPSS 22.0 and MPLUS 7.0 to do modeling and correlation analysis of the data,discussing the influence of job stress and happiness in the workplace on turnover intention,and the role of organizational commitment which perform between job stress and turnover intention as well as between and turnover intention respectively.The results show that:(1)Job stress is significantly positively related to turnover intention,and significantly negatively related to organizational commitment;(2)Happiness in the workplace is significantly negatively related to turnover intention,and significantly negatively related to organizational commitment;(3)Organizational commitment plays a mediating role in job stress and turnover intention,happiness in the workplace and turnover intention respectively.The results reflect that the level of job stress suggests the turnover intention,while the level of happiness in the workplace predicts the turnover intention reversely.So in the management of staff,enterprises should promote happiness in the workplace and reduce job stress according to the circumstances.This study examines the impact of job stress and happiness in the workplace on predicting turnover intention so as to guide the enterprises to take effectively measurements in order to reduce the turnover rate of employees further.
