In the new era,with the continuous development of dance art and the accumulation and summary of teaching experience of dance educators,the teaching and training methods and systems of dance basic training courses in secondary vocational schools are constantly developing and improving.In lesson gihon dance training scientific get more and more attention,researchers dance through constantly explore more scientific training method and dig out many scientific and effective way of auxiliary basic training,in order to promote the scientific development of secondary vocational dancing skill training,reducing the occurrence of dance injury,avoid damage to dance dance practitioners of physical and mental pain.At the same time,the exploration and research of flexibility training methods bring many fresh elements to the basic dance training in secondary vocational schools,and effectively promote the development of flexibility training in secondary vocational schools towards a more comprehensive and richer direction.Foam axis relaxation training is a kind of relaxation training mode which mainly acts on the muscle fascia of human body.It has the functions of improving the flexibility of human body,relieving muscle fatigue and preventing sports injury.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper carried out two studies on the assistance of foam axis relaxation training to improve the flexibility of secondary vocational dance students and the prevention of dance injury of secondary vocational students.Through a three-month experiment,it confirmed the function and function of foam axis relaxation training in the basic training of secondary vocational dance.In the two studies,10 participants in the experimental group and 10 in the control group were selected respectively.Shoulder flexibility was measured by shoulder rotation method,and the risk of dance injury was measured by functional motion screening(FMS).Finally,SPSS was used to analyze the experimental data,and the results showed that there were significant differences between the data before and after the two experiments(P<0.05).The results show that the foam axis relaxation training is effective in improving the flexibility of secondary vocational students and preventing dance injury of secondary vocational students.The purpose of this study is to find a flexible auxiliary training method for secondary vocational dance training.And active and effective after-class relaxation methods to prevent dance injuries,explore the positive role of foam axis relaxation training introduced into dance basic training classes in secondary vocational schools. |
