Research On Talent Cultivation Model Of Dance Specialty In Secondary Vocational Art Colleges In Gansu Province

Secondary vocational education has become an indispensable part in the composition and construction of China's education system.With the comprehensive popularization and deepening of quality education,the demand for talents and the level of education for dance majors are getting higher and higher.The training mode of dance professionals in vocational art schools has become one of the key factors determining the quality of talent training.At present,there are still many problems in the training mode of dance professionals in Secondary Vocational Art Colleges in Gansu Province,which requires us to reflect on the current situation in time,find problems,prescribe the right remedy and find solutions.This paper takes the dance major of five vocational art schools in Gansu Province as the research object.Starting from the current situation of the training mode of dance professionals in Vocational Art schools,it carries out a questionnaire survey for students and interviews with some school leaders and dance teachers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data and the interview results,it takes the dance professionals of secondary vocational art schools as the research object.The training objectives,curriculum setting,teacher structure,teaching mode and students' quality are coordinated,and then the talent training mode is discussed.This paper tries to put forward some ideas on training innovative dance talents,hoping to find out a set of talents training mode which is not only conducive to excavating talents,training new talents,but also conducive to improving the overall level of existing talents.
