"Suilei" is the name of Shangsi Zhuang folk song,which was listed in guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s intangible cultural Heritage list in 2008.It has precious cultural value,but also faces the risk of being lost.Through sorting out the researches on "Suilei" and its transmission,it is known that there are few researches on "Suilei" as the main research object at present.In the relevant research,on the one hand,the collection of "Suilei" is done;on the other hand,the relevant concepts,forms,characteristics,inheritance and development of "Suilei" are discussed from the perspectives of literature,musicology and other disciplines.There are few studies on "Suilei" from the perspective of journalism and communication.From the perspective of communication,this study will adopt field investigation,interview,literature,data collection and questionnaire survey to study the communication of "Suilei" in the new media environment,so as to provide a new theoretical perspective for the study of "Suilei".The development history of "Suilei" is similar to other Zhuang folk songs.It is mainly passed down orally,closely related to the living customs of zhuang people,and rejected by the official mainstream consciousness.The difference is that Shangsi county was earlier than other areas to convert to the motherland and return to the motherland.With the rule of liu guan of han ethnic group and the emigration of Han people,shangsi Zhuang folk song "Suilai" was deeply influenced by the Han culture,gradually different from other areas zhuang folk song.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it has been accepted by the mainstream consciousness and become an official propaganda tool,but now it is on the verge of extinction due to lack of investment and many other reasons.Therefore,the people’s government of Shangsi County attaches great importance to the inheritance of "Suilei".The inheritance and dissemination of INTANGIBLE cultural heritage are interdependent and mutually promoting.The dissemination of intangible cultural heritage forms a social mobilization force to promote non-inheritance,train reserve talents for future inheritance teams,and promote the development and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.In ancient times,"Suilei" was inherited by oral communication.The time bias of "Suilei" transmission was advantageous,while the space bias was vice versa.In ancient times,under the circumstance that the people’s activities in Shangsi county were limited,the spatial bias of "Suilei" spread did not cause much influence.However,with the development of transportation technology and media technology,people’s information transmission in Shangsi County began to turn to spatial bias,but the spatial bias of "Suilei" communication failed to change,resulting in difficulties in communication,lack of social mobilization force and backup force for inheritance,thus affecting inheritance.Under the new media environment,the communication of "Suilei" has the characteristics of interactivity,decentralization and nationalization.However,due to the government as the leading force in the communication of "Suilei" and the lack of participation of social forces,the three characteristics have not been fully developed and "Suilei" has not been able to radiate new vitality in the new media environment."Suilei" new media communication with the existing new media communication matrix of Shangsi County,plus shangsi county folk "we media" account,to create a new media matrix with both official accounts and private accounts.Relying on new media,the cultural performance of the inheritor of "Suilei" has changed from offline to "online + offline".The performance of "Suilei" has extended from the real world to the virtual network world,and its communication effect has also extended from the real space to the cyberspace.In this case,the inheritor of "Suilei" is not familiar with new media,so it is difficult to use new media technology,and the non-inheritor who is familiar with new media technology is difficult to understand the professional knowledge of "Suilei".At the same time,the new media environment leads to the fragmentation,virtualization and delocalization of the communication content of "Suilei",and the new media communication of "Suilei" enters a dilemma.To sum up,in order to achieve good results in the new media communication of "Suilei",the inheritors’ new media literacy should be improved,the contents should be presented in multiple dimensions and layers,the inheritors and social forces should be interconnected to form a positive matrix communication force,and the expression of "Suilei" should be innovated in the inheritance.
