To revive the nation,the countryside must be revitalised.It is urgent to care for children’s education in remote areas.Aesthetic education is an important part of social education,there is still room for improving children’s aesthetic education in remote areas.Based on the author’s one-year teaching experience,1 propose a localised and emotional interactive picture book strategy related to positive psychology to explore the relevance of paper picture books from the perspective of children in remote areas.I have personally participated in a classroom in Canglan,Yunnan Province,to understand the emotional needs of children in remote areas,sort out the dilemmas of picture book education for children in remote areas.The research is divided into three parts.The first part is an analysis of the feasibility and necessity of applying positive psychology in the field of children’s education,the second part uses the observation method to derive the cognitive needs of children in remote areas in multiple dimensions;the interview method in order to discover the importance of emotional education in remote areas;and the innovative extraction of three opportunity points in multi-material exploration,natural intention extraction and participatory interaction.In the third part,the design strategy output is presented,and a multi-interaction model is integrated from three latitudes:instinctive,behavioural and reflective,and a multi-innovative interactive picture book design strategy of "education+exploration+personality" is proposed.The innovative proposal adds localised exploration features to ensure children’s individuality and encourage exploration and creativity,helping children to improve their subjective sense of well-being.This project innovatively proposes the transformation of children’s picture books in remote areas from the pursuit of linear knowledge to participatory exploration and interaction,aesthetic interaction to emotional interactions,and the reuse of materials following the concept of circular design,breaking through the traditional development of children’s picture books and effectively establishing innovative interactions between children and picture books.
