| Red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics formed by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC in the years of war between blood and fire and in the period of arduous revolutionary struggle.It has rich spiritual connotation and important educational value.As the future of a country and the hope of a nation,children are in a crucial period of formation of their outlook on life and values.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to carry out red culture education among children,so that they can understand and identify with the history of red culture,and guide them to establish correct values.In the era of the Internet,digital picture books using mobile digital devices as carriers have become the main form of children’s reading and an important way for children to learn red culture.However,the current digital picture books with red themes still have the problems of low interaction and poor immersion in user experience,which cannot meet the needs of children for diversified experience.Therefore,how to make children gain a better sense of experience in the process of reading and deepen their attention and sense of identity to red culture is the original intention of this research.This topic starts from the dilemma in user experience design of children’s digital picture books with red theme,combines with the study of interactive narrative,and discusses the connection between them.This paper systematically studies the design of digital picture books with red themes from the perspectives of narrative,visual,interactive and auditory interactions,in order to guide the creation of digital picture books with red themes.First of all,through the analysis of interactive narrative,digital picture books and the relevant theories of red culture,the concept and characteristics of interactive narrative and digital picture books are clarified,the feasibility of digital picture book design from the perspective of interactive narrative is explained,and the four major issues of story content extraction,visual symbol extraction,interactive form and the integration of sound and picture in digital picture book design are sorted out.Secondly,in the subdivided audience,grasp the cognitive development characteristics of school-age children and clarify the particularity of digital picture book audiences.Then,based on typical digital picture book cases at home and abroad,this paper studies the design elements of digital picture books and analyzes how to effectively combine them with interactive narrative in terms of content,vision,interaction and sound design.Then,the user portrait is built through the method of user research,and the design elements of the digital picture book are refined and weight analysis is carried out.The design positioning of the digital picture book is defined based on the theme layer,visual layer,interactive layer and sound and picture layer.Then,combined with the cognitive development characteristics of school-age children,the design strategy of children’s digital picture books with red themes from the perspective of interactive narrative is further obtained: interesting translation of the theme content of red culture,visual language design mapping red culture,interactive design to enhance the pleasure of reading,and the creation of immersive space integrating sound and picture.Finally,according to the above design strategies,this paper provides guidance in the process of story content setting,visual language design,interactive experience design and audio-visual integration design of the digital picture book with red theme,and carries out the creation of the digital picture book "Little Traffic Man" from the perspective of interactive narrative.The ultimate purpose of this topic is to enrich the communication channels of red culture,so that more children pay attention to and learn red culture,so that the spirit of red culture better lead children,inheritance of red genes,ceaseless red blood. |
