Abstract/Summary:
Picture books are a bridge for children to communicate with their parents and an important way to transfer knowledge.When children read picture books,they can not only develop their cognitive ability and comprehension,but also develop their imagination and have fun in reading.With the development of mobile Internet,electronic picture books constantly replace paper picture books and occupy a more dominant position in the market.An excellent interactive electronic picture book can also achieve better educational effect.According to the theory of interactive design and the field of children’s cognitive psychology,the research direction of this subject is determined to be interactive children’s electronic picture book.According to the interactive needs of the target audience,the research object is defined as preschoolers aged 3-7 years old.Specific research methods and results will be introduced in chapter 3.The purpose of this research is to apply the rational design of interactive elements into the design of electronic picture books by combining the cognitive mode of the target audience.At the end of the project,a set of interactive children’s electronic picture book product"are all strangers bad people?" was output.The first part explores the theory of interactive design.Through reading a large number of books and literature,this paper sorts out the concept and theoretical knowledge of interactive design under the research scope of this paper,and divides the interaction into three levels:monomial propagation,reactive interactive communication and full interactive communication.This paper expounds the meaning of interaction from the cognitive mode and cognitive effect,and summarizes it into five aspects:perception,attention,memory,emotion and feedback.The second part is the field research on the target audience.Before the research,it takes the developmental psychology of preschool children as the research direction and finds the sensory characteristics,language thinking characteristics,attention and comprehension ability characteristics and interaction characteristics of children aged 3-7.Under the support of theory,the cognitive behavior and characteristics of preschoolers when using interactive electronic picture books are analyzed with the method of observation,so as to explore the interactive characteristics of the target audience.Combined with the cognitive model in the first part,the behavioral structure of preschoolers in the process of interaction is studied from five aspects.The third part carries on the design verification.According to the case study of excellent picture books on the market at home and abroad,from the picture books interface,movement,sound and narrative summary of the four elements of children with the scale of the interactive design requirements of the electronic picture books focus on interface elements in the layout,style,color and text,the sense of touch and body action element,the sound element in the sound,the narrator and soundtrack,narrative elements of linear and nonlinear two methods were analyzed,and concluded that conform to the preschool children’s cognitive interaction design strategy,provide theoretical guidance for this creation.The fourth part is the creation practice of electronic picture books.The author through the questionnaire,parents and teachers found that preschool children’s safety education is a part of cannot be ignored,so to determine the design for safety education genre picture books,with self-protection as the theme,combined with the feature of preschool children’s interaction,using nonlinear narrative method,to create different characters and different levels of the story,instead of the complex content of the story,let the children in the process of interacting with picture books to learn knowledge.
