The particularity of professional dance training makes dancers become a high incidence group of musculoskeletal pain.Non-specific lower back pain is one of the common musculoskeletal pain of dancers. Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the training method of lower back pain correction more suitable for dancers.Regional interdependence emphasizes the mutual influence and restriction of various sports links of human body, breaks the diagnosis and treatment idea of ‘Treatment of pain sites’,and provides a new idea for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of sports injury and pain.Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA)is an assessment and diagnosis system for musculoskeletal pain problems designed based on regional interdependence theory. This system has achieved good results in the diagnosis and treatment of lower back pain in fitness enthusiasts and professional sports, and provides a scientific basis for exploring the nonspecific lower back pain correction training methods for dancers. This study will use this evaluation system to identify and analyze the dysfunction of dancers with lower back pain, and design targeted correction training, aiming to provide a reference for the evaluation and rehabilitation methods of dancers with lower back pain.Research method: experimental object for 16 Chinese classical dance professional have non-specific back pain girls, divided into experimental group(n=8)and control group(n=8)two groups, respectively for two groups of subjects for two weeks,4 times a week intervention training, experimental group training content is based on the Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA)results of the dancers back pain correction training, control group training content is currently for nonspecific back pain commonly used rehabilitation training method, namely the core stability training.Statistical treatment and analysis, visual analog pain score,Oswestry disability index, lumbar joint mobility and selective functional motion assessment(SFMA)results of both subjects were analyzed before and after the intervention training. Results: There was no statistical difference between the two groups of dancers before the intervention training test indicators(P> 0.05).(1)The visual analog pain score of dancers in both groups decreased after the intervention training, with a statistical difference in the experimental group(P <0.05),and no statistical difference between dancers before and after the intervention(P> 0.05).(2)The Oswestry disability index of dancers in both groups decreased after the intervention training, with a statistical difference in the experimental group(P <0.05),and no statistical difference among dancers in the control group(P> 0.05).(3)The lumbar mobility of both dancers improved after the intervention training. The anterior flexion, posterior extension and rotation mobility of the lumbar spine in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the anterior and lateral flexion mobility of the lumbar spine in the control group(P <0.05).(4)Two groups of dancers in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment(SFMA)primary level dysfunction movement pattern, and the SFMA decomposition test identified flexibility and stability / motor control dysfunction problems are improved to a certain extent, among them, the experimental group intervention before and after the training effect is more obvious. Conclusion: Based on the theory of regional interdependence of Chinese classical dance female students non-specific back pain correction training can alleviate and improve Chinese classical dance college students lower back pain symptoms, lumbar mobility and dysfunction, and lower back pain correct training overall presents a significant effect. Therefore,it can be used as Chinese classical dance female students lower back injury and pain rehabilitation training method.
