Research background: Professional training for ballet dancers often accompanies a high incidence of injuries, but there is little research on specific training methods that focus on reducing the risk of injury. The Functional Movement System is an evaluation and training system based on the development of functional movements, which has been widely applied in fields such as competitive sports and military, and can effectively evaluate and reduce the risk of sports injuries. On the basis of conducting functional action screening tests on female ballet college students,a corrective training program can be designed to effectively improve functional action performance and reduce the risk of injury.Research purpose: Through functional action screening, analyze and summarize the common and potential physical weaknesses and movement patterns that may lead to injuries among female college students majoring in ballet, and design targeted corrective training programs.Research method: FMS and YBT tests were conducted on 54 female ballet college students to analyze the group characteristics and related professional performance of ballet dancers’ functional movements.Based on this, corrective training methods suitable for female ballet college students were determined based on the relevant theories and methods of functional movement systems.Research results:(1)The average score of FMS test results of female ballet students was 12.5±1.85,and 40 of them were below the injury threshold of 14 points, accounting for 74.07%.68.52% of female ballet students in YBT-LQ test had higher risk of injury.(2)The average scores of active straight knee lift and shoulder flexibility test were 2.91±0.45 points and 2.57 ± 0.98 points, respectively. The average scores of rotation stability and trunk stability push-ups were 0.98±0.36 points and 0.78±0.46 points respectively. The average score of the straight leg squat was 2.00±0.82,the average score of the hurdle step was 2.02±0.14,and the average score of the over the top squat was 1.24±0.47.Research conclusion:(1)Functional motor system screening shows that female ballet students do have a higher risk of injury. The poor performance of female ballet students in the FMS test is mainly rotation stability, trunk stability push up and over the top squat, and the main weak points of the body are concentrated in the shoulder joint, core area, hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint.(2)The factors that lead to the high incidence of injury of female ballet students mainly include: stability problems such as lack of scapular stability, lack of core stability, and wrong movement patterns in squatting.(3)In view of the above weak links and specific problems, the corrective training of female ballet students should include three parts, aiming at rotation stability movements, trunk stability push-ups and over the top squat movements in turn. The training content of the three parts mainly includes thoracic spine flexibility recovery, core and spine stability strengthening, core stability improvement, scapular stability, squat movement pattern improvement training. In the specific training program, each training includes two parts: flexibility training and motion control training.Flexibility training includes breathing training and soft tissue relaxation training for common tense muscle groups.Motion control training is conducted in the order of no-weight position,four-point support position, kneeling position and standing position.
