| With the continuous increase of national income,the public’s consumption concept has also undergone changes,gradually pursuing a higher quality of life.In terms of diet,the public is no longer just satisfied with the food itself,but more to pursue unique food culture,comfortable dining environment,healthy food quality,etc.,which is particularly common among young people.Young people tend to prefer innovative culture and unique visual elements in brand selection.With the rise of unique categories and cultural attributes,restaurants and bars have become a popular leisure and entertainment destination for young people during their leisure time.Based on the expanding demand of the group,the number of such brands is increasing significantly in the current market.How to stand out among numerous brands has become a question worth considering.In today’s all media environment,the design and dissemination of American food and bar brands have become more complex and challenging.This article aims to explore how to design and disseminate American food and bar brands through various media.By sorting out the basic concepts and development process of domestic and foreign brand design communication,summarize the norms and characteristics of its design communication.Then,the definition and characteristics of American-style restaurants and bars are described,and it is believed that they should provide users with a comfortable,open social space while emphasizing the quality and taste of food and drinks.Through research and analysis of similar brands,it is found that the current market’s restaurant and bar brands generally have severe homogenization and weak brand uniqueness.It should meet consumers’ multiple needs in the form of integrated formats.This design aims to integrate two excellent characteristics of restaurant and bar brands currently on the market,combined with CIS design concepts,user experience-centered,high-quality products,and excellent brand design as the foundation,and design a restaurant and bar brand that is more suitable for modern young consumers.And customize the design and promotion strategy for the "GUTS&ONION" restaurant and bar brand,design multiple media such as graphics,videos,and apps to achieve the effect of multimedia communication,thereby improving brand premiums and solving inventory issues.The design is centered around the core concept of "providing high-quality and innovative products for middle-to-high-end income groups pursuing higher quality of life," and uses brand visual design as the main body to design in multiple directions and promote it through modern all-media methods.Leveraging the brand’s own advantages,accurately positioning the brand image,using visual images as a driving force,promoting the brand communication of "GUTS&ONION" in the all-media environment,and ultimately making this brand a high-quality leading brand in the industry.This research is applied to the actual project of designing and promoting the "GUTS&ONION" restaurant brand,and the research content has been adopted and practically applied by the brand.The project experimental point has been completed and started running,and the feedback has been positive to date. |
