| At present,the digital music industry continues to maintain a strong development trend.With the upgrading and innovation of network technology and communication technology,the spread of digital music is expanding and its efficiency is improving.But at the same time,the problems of the governance of music copyright circulation,such as the rampant infringement of digital music,the sluggish growth of digital music copyright value,and the sharp contradiction of stakeholders,have seriously hindered the healthy and sustainable development of digital music industry.This paper takes the problems of the governance of digital music copyright circulation as the research object.First of all,I studied and laid the foundation of this paper from the concept of industry chain,connotation of the governance of music copyright,blockchain technology and blockchain token.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the governance of digital music copyright in China.This part focuses on the status quo of the composition of digital music copyright industry chain,the status quo of the governance of digital music copyright circulation,and the applicability of value network in the governance of music copyright circulation,that is,the pain points of digital music copyright circulation that blockchain can help solve and the deep fit between blockchain token and digital music copyright.Then,it puts forward the pattern of the governance of music copyright circulation based on value network:the infrastructure layer focuses on the construction of digital music copyright industry alliance and the node structure of digital music copyright consortium blockchain;three types of digital music copyright tokens are constructed in the core incentive layer and their application ideas in copyright registration,copyright transaction and copyright investment are described;in the protection service layer,new services under the new infrastructure form are proposed for the confirmation of rights,use of rights,rights protection and supervision respectively.In accordance with the current laws and market rules in the field of digital music copyright circulation in China,this research attempts to use the latest scientific and technological achievements related to value network to solve the governance problems caused by rapid technological change.From the whole life cycle of music copyright circulation,emphasizing diversified cooperation and comprehensive measures,it is to build a governance pattern of music copyright circulation with Chinese characteristics.This is to provide innovative ideas and directions for exploring more effective governance practices on protecting digital music copyright and enhancing the value of digital music copyright.Eventually,it is of great significance to the application and expansion of digital music industry in the future. |
