At present, studies on the articulation of Chinese language textbooks are relatively rare. This paper takes the comprehensive middle school-level textbook of Developing Chinese as the research object, and focuses on the articulation of Developing Chinese in terms of the vocabulary, grammar and text topics of the textbook. The transition situation and articulation characteristics between the two levels of the textbook are summarized by analyzing the perspectives of the writing pattern and difficulty changes of the textbook. Thus,we conclude that the comprehensive textbook of Developing Chinese at the junior high school level has a wide range of topic choices,multi-faceted language points, and rich vocabulary. The articulation between the two textbooks is strong, and the difficulty span is appropriate for teachers and learners to learn the series smoothly. This paper hopes to provide some teaching ideas for those who use this textbook through this aspect of the study.
