Neutral-tone is one kind of special voice of Chinese. Relating to research ofChinese Neutral-tone and analysis of Neutral-tone words is always central field ofChinese voice. Scholars who notice Neutral-tone study from different aspects,including definition、 property position of Neutral-tone, and function of Neutral-tonewords, and hanyu(汉语) pinyin(拼音) of Neutral-tone words, and how to teachChinese Neutral-tone words in teaching Chinese as a second language.The thesis study Neutral-tone words from text books on Listening、Speaking andComprehensive of Developing Chinese(2ndEdition). The thesis is more systematicand extensive than the past theses. It contains three ranks(elementary、intermediateand advanced) of text books on listening、speaking and comprehensive of developingChinese(2ndEdition). It concentrates on practical Neutral-tone words. Includinganalysis of types of construction、regularity or irregularity and character of word onpractical Neutral-tone words. The readers can know clear condition of Neutral-tonewords in the series text books. Then the practical Neutral-tone words will contrastwith the three syllabi (Chinese Level Vocabulary and Chinese Character RankSyllabus、College Overseas Student’s Chinese for long time training Syllabus、 NewHSK Syllabus). It will study comparative outcome and analyze rationality oncompilation of Neutral-tone words. The thesis will contrast with Neutral-tone wordslist of mandarin Chinese level test and Modern Chinese(5thedition) Dictionary, andanalyze difference of Neutral-tone words hanyu(汉语)pinyin(拼音) in the textbooks with Neutral-tone words list of mandarin Chinese level test and ModernChinese(5thedition) Dictionary. It will analyze reasons of difference and give somegood advices. Finally, it will talk about causes of Neutral-tone words that are beyond Chinese Level Vocabulary and Chinese Character Rank Syllabus, and analyzerationality of existence on beyond Neutral-tone words.In the second chapter, the author classified these practical Neutral-tone words inthe text books on listening、speaking and comprehensive, based on construction ofwords、regularity or irregularity and character of words. We can know Neutral-tonewords in these text books clearly after reading the second chapter. The thesis countNeutral-tone words in recurrence of horizontal and upright, and analyzed rationalityon compilation of Neutral-tone words. Students can understand and remember theseNeutral-tone words more easily based on the classified outcomes. The third chapter,the practical Neutral-tone words in the text books of Developing Chinese three seriescontrast with three powerful syllabi. We count the number of Neutral-tone words inthe different ranks and analyze by making list. The fourth chapter, the author madesome statistic about the horizontal and upright recurrence of these practicalNeutral-tone words and analyze list. The fifth chapter, it study Neutral-tone words’hanyu(汉语) pinyin(拼音), contrasting these Neutral-tone words with Neutral-tonewords list of mandarin Chinese level test and Modern Chinese(5thedition) Dictionary.It talked about the differences and causes of these differences. Considering theauthor’s experience in teaching Chinese as a second language, the author agrees theneutral-tone words’ hanyu(汉语)pinyin(拼音)in Developing Chinese (2ndedition).Last chapter, the author analyzed the reasons about the neutral-tone words beyondChinese Level Vocabulary and Chinese Character Rank Syllabus making DevelopingChinese listening text books as an example.(The author chose listening text books asan example, because the rate of words beyond syllabus is too high based on theresearch in the third chapter. The author thought that the rate is not rational.) After theanalysis and experience of the author learn the listening text books by herself.Theauthor think the mainly causes from the chosen texts in Developing Chinese listeningtext books. So, when we compile the text books for teaching Chinese as a secondlanguage. We should pay more attention to the rationalities.
